The Atlantic Chevrolet team provided great customer service upon purchase of my first new car. The sales person David S provided exceptional customer service. He provided a great deal as well made the process virtually seamless. The finance person David L also helped me to attain a great deal on my purchase. Jim the customer service manager ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. The Atlantic Chevrolet team are very personable and helpful. Needless to say I am very pleased with the purchased of my new Chevy Trax.

Friendly staff and quality loaner. After having a BMW for 6 years and a jeep for 3, the change to chevy has been nothing but white glove service. I called on a Thursday for service of a leak, and got an appointment for the following Tuesday with a loaner. For once, I got a quality loaner of equal value of my current car, prepared with 3/4 of a tank of gas and clean. Best of all the service was quicker than expected.

A couple of days after I drove off the lot I noticed an issue with the rear bumper while washing it, it appears to be a defect in the bumper caused either during molding it or during the paint process. I contacted Kristin and she responded immediately, she even met me at the dealership ON HER DAY OFF to ensure it was looked at. It has not yet been taken care of but Im confident Kristin will see that it is. I have never known a salesperson to go above and beyond as she has. She is an absolute asset to that dealership and as long as she is there I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. I pray if ever I need the service department they have representatives such as Kristin.
