I went to Toyota just to browse around and ended up getting a new car. Danny helped me out with whatever he could. He was able to answer all my questions and help get me the best deal possible. If he was off trying to figure things out for me, another employee would come up and check to see if I needed anything else in the meantime. Everybody was very friendly and straightforward. Sold me a Brand new car with a lot of scratches, plus they promise me not to cash my check until a month later and they cashed 2 weeks later putting me under I my balance, plus I only got this car November 19 brand new, and the tags already expired April call them for almost 2 weeks finally got answer from then yesterday jun 29, they admitted that they make a mistake, worst experience ever.

"All About The Sale Not After Sale Customer Support"
I purchased a great car from West Coast Toyota but after the sale I had some questions on several levels from called multiples times no return calls. I got so frustrated that I called the loyalty department and although due to work and cell coverage did have someone call me back, I returned her call as soon as I could....never to get a call back. NOW they have reached out to me for scheduled maintenance work. Which the guy that left message said on VMail that he would get back to each call by the close of business. NOPE called several times left messages and finally I am fed up to point were I have 18 mo of free schedule maintenance service that I negotiated in to the purchase of my car. I am willing to give that up! Then I heard in back of my head him saying what can we do to win your business back I kept saying nothing and decided to call back with that hour and ask for a check for my free maintenance for 18 mo. I said on Vmail with my requests that he probably will not return call to me about my request. As expected nothing back from him. I tried get resolution old school way by phone one on one but they just get it!

I scheduled an oil service for Fri June 3rd. They never picked up so finally I was transferred to a manager. He kindly scheduled me for Fri and said be there around 4. I was there at 4:05. When I tried to drop off my truck the manager at that moment simply said can not do it today. I told him what I went through to get there and a manager had approved the schedule. He basically said he did not know any manager, brushed me off and ignored me. I asked for at least a car wash and he said if that will make me you happy he will do it for me. I said no I was not going to be happy so he said "then you will not get a car wash either" I was appalled to heard that from a manager. Now if a manager feels like that what do I expect from the crew. On the other hand, the car wash crew are outstanding every time i go there.

"Frustrated Customer"
My husband and I bought a used sienna van. Since I drove to the dealership, my husband drove home the van. When we got home, I asked my husband where is the other key to the van. Rico, the salesman , did not disclose that the previous owner turned in only one key. There is also a tear on the driver side door panel which Rico promised will be repaired. Up to this day, after several frustrating calls, messages, to Rico and a certain Tony, manager, nothing has been resolved. Rico and Tony do not know how to return calls to customers. Since day one, we had been unhappy and dissatisfied . We will never buy from Hooman again and will discourage friends, relatives from even setting foot at the dealership. Bad for the other efficient employees of the company.

I was very disappointed in my experience. Drove an hour to look at a used Ford F-150. Was provided the Car Fax and service record without having to ask - that was the pleasant part. Service record indicated oil change was done and oil was clean upon inspection. However, when starting the vehicle, computer stated, "Time for Oil Change". This is when it went down hill. Salesman had no explanation and volunteered no assistance. Response was that "the vehicle is priced to sell". Only after being asked, was the vehicle taken to Service Dept to see what could be done about it. Returned after lunch only to have salesman tell me it was fixed and that the good news was that "a contractor from Big Bear was on his way here to get the vehicle, so it would be sold one way or the other this afternoon". Ignoring this for the moment, I asked about the oil change warning which seemed to be the salesman and dealers last concern. After walking out to the staging area and milling around 5 minutes, the salesman returned to tell me that the oil change warning was reset but now they couldnt get the windshield wipers to stop wiping.... I shook the salesmans hand and said, "Ill pass" and "thank you". Not sure what their motivation was but I walked away with the perception that they didnt check out their vehicles very well and that it wasnt of concern for them to do so. Thats bad enough - but the pressure sales tactic of another magically-appeared buyer was more than I could take. I might expect that from some "mom/pop" dealers but this is supposedly a reputable Toyota dealer. The place was busy and had plenty of salespeople. Maybe their great at selling new cars but this was a really bad experience for me and a waste of 3 hours of my day. I could have at least walked away with some feeling of integrity but that was unfortunately not the case.

Clean facilities, the service team was very polite and didnt rush me at all. they got my oil change done within 45 minutes and had donuts and coffee which was awesome! they also give you free car washes when your car is done being serviced so it always works out well :)

Most of the dealerships didnt have it, but Hooman Toyota did, they dealer traded one for me and i finally got because red is not held a lot in stock! they were very nice and polite, made sure if i needed any thing and showed great customer appreciation!

my car was having transmission problems and i brought it over to their service repairs area for them to fix it and because they knew i bought my car from their they gave a a loaner car. Im happy with their customer service because the whole process took around 30 min from the time i dropped my car off. after like 3 days i went back and switched my loaner car which was FREE because i had the vip package.
