Kai was great at being patient with us and we were delighted that we were able to do most of the negotiating over the phone since we had to get back home. If not for that we would probably not have bought the two cars and/or went somewhere else. When the day started, we had planned on buying a Subaru, but they would not negotiate over the phone, even thought we spent over an hour test driving multiple vehicles with them that morning.

Junior was incredibly attentive, professional, thorough and empathetic. I called frantic about my broken down car on a Saturday before a Holliday and he assured me he would stay at the dealership until the tow arrived with my car and would look at my car as soon as He could on Tuesday. He completely calmed me down. He called me on Tuesday to give me status updates on my car. Overall, it was a very smooth and hassle free experience.

I like the no pressure approach to car sales. Hyundai has a good dealer with very knowledgeable staff. Bought the maintenance plan as trust the dealer.

The service guy was very nice and helpful. The answer he told me though of why the check engine light would turn on in a new car doesnt make sense. He said the software needed to be updated and that it was like a phone. How does it make sense for the engine light to come on, the error code to be cylinder 1 misfire and then tell me it just needs an update? Way to scare your customers Hyundai. Why cant you just send a letter or email asking people to bring their car instead of scaring them that their cylinders are misfiring on a new car! So either that is your crappy way of updating software or the service guy didnt tell me the right answer?
