Visited Ford Auto Nation Dealership in Tustin Auto Center, Tustin, CA. Due to good salesmanship and knowledge of Gavin, leased a Ford Focus ST for my grandson. Gavin also was kind enough to deliver the car to our home and instruct grandson how to drive manual transmission. I was very impressed with Gavin?s helpfulness and knowledge.of the car and Ford motor company in general.

"Never Again"

These guys never fail to disappoint every single time. This time Im done. I go in with one problem to come out with two new ones, and I get told to bring my car back in the morning and theyll have to keep it overnight and thats just for the diagnosis. "Sorry, there are people ahead of you." And I only explained one problem (my interior cabin lighting that no longer functions). Total time that Kirby the service manager gave me to discuss my complaint? Less than 1 minute. Thatís right, one minute to tell me 2 days just to diagnose the interior cabin lights! Something doesnt seem right there. I never even got to the second issue, and by his tone alone, it was obvious Kirby the service manager couldnít give a damn about my issue now that I was out of the shop, and couldnt hustle me off the phone any faster. In what world do you spend $35,000 for your vehicle at that specific location (Ford in Tustin), then visit that business to have service done, and come out with two brand new problems that simply did not exist AT ALL prior to entering that establishment, and then get spoken to and treated like an idiot and shooed away and sent to the very back of the line? I dont care if the problems are unrelated to what you did. I am a good customer, I came to you in good faith as a customer that has spent a considerable amount of money with you, and I deserve better treatment than this. This isnt the first time but its absolutely the last. I dont know what you did to my car when you had it. Ill never know because we cant go back and watch. Just trust you. All I know is that these two problems didnt exist the day I drove it in there. But they did the day I drove it out. Even if you guys had nothing to do with it, which at this point Im absolutely sure youre going to say, and youll likely get away with. But I know for a fact. Without a shadow of a doubt that those systems were working properly when I drove my vehicle onto your lot. And I suspect the chances of all three (brake booster, interior lighting, and the third issue.) of those systems failing all at the same time are slim. I also imagine that you will argue that since none of them had anything to do with the original repair that the mechanic could not have possibly been responsible and you and I both know thats crap. Anything can happen when youre working on something. You can break a window while fixing a door knob. Simple things like that. Anything can happen and it did. So is this how you train your service managers to handle your customers or is this a service manager that isnt servicing anyone at all? I didnt deserve to be blown off the way you blew me off. Now I must go to the back of the line? And you need me to drop my car off in the morning and Iím not going to get it back until sometime the next day? You told me two days to diagnose the interior lights. Ridiculous. Ridiculous, wrong, and just another effort to get me to leave you alone. Thats not customer service. Not in the least bit. Thanks for making me feel like crap about letting you service my vehicle I bought from YOU. Folks, there are Ford dealers all over Orange County. Go find another one. Any one but this one.

"Quality Repairs, But Took Way Too Long"

I dropped my car off at 7am for the 50,000 mile check-up expecting to be able to pick at the end of the day. I got a call around 2pm saying it needed two new tires and a new power steering hose. Ok, no big deal - if it needs it, it needs it. The service manager told me it would be ready later that same night. I said it would be better for me to pick up in the morning the next day. Next day came and went, not a word from anyone. I called twice to get an update and was told it would be a few more hours. Finally, at 5pm, I got a call saying it would be ready the next morning. What was supposed to be a quick and easy fix ended up making me car-less for 3 whole days. Very frustrating. On the positive side, the quality of the repairs are always good and the tires are a reasonable price for very high quality tires. I just wish their customer service and speed could improve.

We are still trying to resolve the repair of a manufacturing quality issue on our 2015 Explorer, and to date the matter is still open. I will reserve final judgment until we conclude discussions with AutoNation. Weve been loyal Ford customers purchasing 3 SUVs from the Tustin store over the past 10 yrs (Power, AutoNation), but any future purchases will be predicated on the outcome of this issue. Quality + Service = customer loyalty.

I had been looking for a car and needed one fast after my car died and sitting in the driveway. Money is tight and I new to repair the car would be costly, so I took a chance, applied to many car places with promises to help, credits not great so most never called again. One place kept in touch, ford Autonation. Internet sales person Chad e- mailed me, called and worked to get me the car I wanted. So close to loosing my job, these guys really saved me and Ill tell everyone to visit them for the best service!

Buying an Infiniti wasnt on my radar until I was driving by and noticed the new Infiniti GX30 in the liquid cooper color. As soon as we entered the car lot we were greeted by David Askaryar. He instantly was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. As you know the car buying process can be very length but it seemed to go by to fast! David brought bottles of water and even offered pizza to my very hungry boyfriend. David also took the time to give me a tour of the service department and introduced me to the staff. I was given a nice welcoming smile from everyone and even received a complimentary welcome gift. Then the Finance Director Glenn came to introduce himself and finish the process with us. He also was very friendly and informative on all of the additional services and made good conversation to make the paperwork process a breeze. I have zero complaints by the service I received. Both David and Glenn made my first luxury car experience amazing! If you are looking to buy an Infiniti do yourself a favor and ask for David and Glenn at Autonation Infiniti! They are a winning combination.
