"Wake Up ** 30 Minutes And No Contact"
I went in to checkout a car I saw on cars.com, we looked around the car wasnt on the lot, a salesman greeted us, took the printout I had of the vehicle, walked us inside and had us wait, after 30 minutres we just got up and walked out. The salesman never came back, never updated us, just vanished onto the back lot to find the car we were interested in.

The buying experience and facilities are nice but I would caution any potential buyer. I bought a used car and as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. The car needed repair and the dealer refused to take responsibility for any of the cost. It was a very disappointing experience.

In spite of complications of new dealership construction work all around us, these people did a terrific job of accommodating us. The entire process was genuinely courteous and professional in every aspect. They are family owned, and from our treatment, they certainly act like it. No one rushed us, nor was there any pressure either. Wed like to thank everyone there for the extremely pleasant experience, but in particular, Mitch, Joe, and Mike. Considering the chaos during construction, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive making up for any inconvenience. I took my car to Infiniti of Mission Viego for tire change and brake replacement. Someone helped me as soon as I pulled in to the service department. They then led me to Tony Beheshti to get my car taken care of. He is very attentive and helpful. He even suggested a better tire model that has a lower price to me. I felt that he was really helping me. On top of that, Tony also has excellent demeanor, which makes the experience even more pleasant.

I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I made an appointment several days ago to have a recall repair done. I was told the repair would take about 2 hours, so I made an appointment for 1 pm today. They asked me which advisor I would like, and since I have known Tony Beheshti many years ago when he ran an European car repair shop (I had my Mercedes and BMW serviced there), I asked for Tony. They called me to confirm my appointment yesterday (which I did) and also sent me an email reminder. When I showed up for my appointment, Tony was not there. Another advisor told me that they were fully booked and couldnt take my car. In addition, since they are out of loaner cars, I was not able to leave my car there and get a loaner. So the bottom line was that although I made and confirmed my appointment, they were too busy to service my car!! I took off work this afternoon to get the repair done; instead, I had to do it another day. I tried to talk to the Manager there but so far has no success. I owned a G35 before and bought my M35 here at Infiniti of MV. I was thinking of trading my car in for another M, and my wife was thinking of getting a J. Before today, I would have naturally gone to them for the new cars, but after today, never again. I made an appointment with another dealership next week for the recall repair and will probably get my new cars from them. Great job in mistreating and thereby losing your customers! I will make sure I post my reviews elsewhere and file my complaint with Infiniti USA.

I just purchased a used Infiniti from Infiniti of MV and it was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Roman was my salesman and he did a great job - no pressure environment. My only complaint is that they install Lojack on every car and tell you that you basically have to buy it with the car for $795. I really didnt want it, but even with the extra $795, I still feel like I got a great deal. I had to take the car in for a recall issue a few weeks after I purchased it and I told them about a vibration that I had noticed the night we drove the car home from the dealership. I was expecting them to tell me that they would have to charge me since the car was sold As-Is with no warranty, but they just fixed it at no charge - it was a minor issue and probably only took 10 minutes to fix, but by doing so they won my future business any time I am in the market for an Infiniti.

Because of this commitment to his customers and taking a personal interest in everything he does, I would not dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else. I bought my first Infiniti from this dealership back in 2004. I had a complicated deal and so I sent my husband in to negotiate for me. They did the deal sight unseen based on my husbands and my integrity. I have used them to service my vehicle for the last 9 years and Tony in service is exceptional! I recently had a bad car accident and my beloved car was totaled. Luckily I wasnt, thanks to that car. I found that they had an identical twin of my car, but one year newer and with the options that I currently needed. I was injured from my accident so I didnt have time to mess around with haggling, etc. I found the car, received a very heartfelt message from Chad, went in the next day and left with the new car just a bit later. No fuss, no muss! That is what a dealership should be like ALL the time! Everyone also went out of their way to ask if I needed anything (water, etc.) and were awesome AS USUAL! Had lots of options to buy from other dealerships, but wanted to buy from Infiniti of Mission Viejo where I KNOW I will get great customer service!

We drove for 2 hours with our 2 young children to see the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in after calling and establishing contact with a salesman. We were made to wait for nearly half-an-hour before being told that the vehicle was not at the dealership in question but was blocks down the street and it had to be driven over to us for viewing. We liked the car and spent over an hour working through the financing hurdles. Since it was now late in the day on a Saturday, we had to leave before getting any info back from the finance department. We spent the next 3 days leaving multiple phone messages trying to reach the salesman only to find out that he was not working again until Wednesday. By then the car was sold by another salesman to someone else. Extremely unprofessional - a major inconvenience and a huge waste of time for my entire family.

We stumbled into the dealership about an hour before they were due to close. I was greeted by Robert Tovar, and he stated if I had any questions please let him know. After looking at the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, my wife took it for a test drive. Robert was extremely knowledgable and explained every button, gauge, etc. Long story short, didnt have to haggle on the price, and Robert, Mitch and the finance guy stayed until we were satisfied with our purchase, which ended up being 11:30 that night! Thanks guys!
