I went to Federal Auctioneers to look at a car I saw online. I asked about the "internet price" they said that you HAD TO FINANCE and that was for people with credit a credit of 740 or above. The price of the car doesnt change with the credit score, the interest rate varies but not the price. So when I applied for credit, they said my score of 709 was not good enough to get the internet price. But they offered my a deal with high interest and at a price for the car $5000 more that internet price. Dont be fooled these guys are no different than any other sleazy used car salesmen!

From the beginning of my purchasing process with the internet sales department, They made me feel comfortable and interested in making an appointment to come down and take a look at several vehicles that i was interested in. we made a rather long list and then i made the trip over to see Federal. From there, the guy took every bit of time necessary to narrow down my search and drove me all over to help cross the vehicles that werent in my budget or not what i needed off of my list. i ended up having to leave and come back the next morning but he was willing to stay as late as necessary to help me. Upon return the next morning we had narrowed my search down to a couple of vehicles. I choose the car of my dreams and Im very happy!

The sales associates went above and beyond to assist us in our search for the perfect vehicle for my husband and myself. We knew exactly what we wanted and sadly, they did not have any in stock. Instead of throwing in the towel and wishing us "good luck" they made a few phone calls and found our dream car 3 hours away. By the time we finished out paperwork, they had the car detailed, gassed and ready the leave the lot.
