He is very professional and makes it known from the beginning that the customers happiness is his top concern. I had never heard of Huggard but found them online because their prices were drastically lower than all the other dealerships in the area. They have a lot of cars on their lot and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to be around. I personally worked with Jon Lewis who I can highly recommend. He helped me to find a 13 VW Passat well below my budget and in great condition. The whole process was smooth, easy going, and there was never any pressure to sell which was a pleasant change compared to past car buying experiences. I recently had my first experience with this dealer and I have to say that I was impressed. All of the trucks on their lot were in great condition and you never wouldve even guessed they were pre-owned. I decided on a 2016 Ford F-150 equipped with all the bells and whistles. Their mechanics took care of everything they said they would and it was detailed to perfection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car and a bargain because these guys are the real deal! Fantastic service!

I heard good things about this dealership through a couple of friends so when my boyfriends truck died unexpectedly we decided to go here for a new one. I called them to ask about a vehicle before driving 2 hours from Connecticut to check it out. I spoke with Jon on the phone who I then met in person once I got there and he showed me Hyundai Sonata I had inquired about. The car was in like new condition and was exactly what I had expected. I had never heard of this dealership previous to my recent visit but saw that they had a lot of nice used cars at really low prices online. For that reason, I drove over an hour to look at a Cadillac SUV for my wife. Shawn, the salesman that I worked with, was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the features and relayed all of my initial concerns to the maintenance team who then took care of everything that I asked. I have been using H&Es service department ever since Chris Petrie joined them. I had always gone to Chris in the past for repairs because he is honest and great at what he does and I know that he will take care of my car. When I came in for my most recent appointment, I learned that the best decision for me to make would be to invest my money in a new car. Chris introduced me to Jon in their sales department who then assisted me on the hunt to find just the right car. Their lot has so many options all at low prices with low mileage as well. I eventually settled on a 2014 Kia Optima with Jons help and still love it to this day!
