I saw the cheap prices and thought there must be a catch, but when i went there, their cars were in good condition and mostly under complete factory warranty. I brought my pregnant wife back and we took several test drives on some of the cars that we had seen on line and we ended getting a good deal and drove off. Filled a credit application on the spot and they had me approved through their credit union with low rate and I got out with my new MBZ GLK350 within one hour. Overall was Hassel free and I like the fact that they got me low interest rate through a credit union.

The sales representative and loan manager would not return my calls. I was approved through a local bank and the dealer had no information with payment or interest rate. The information regarding their extended was not accurate as Dion stated. There web site was very nice. However, not personal service. I used another dealer in the area.

After weeks of searching for a Mercedes Benz C300 I finally found Kaykars. All the dealerships I had been too had cars that were obviously been in an accidents. All the cars that I checked that had a good price seem to have problems until I got to kaykars. To my surprise they had about 10 M Benz C-Class available. Most places I had been to only had one and a bunch of Nissans, Fords and Hyundais. It made me feel much more confortable to deal with a dealership that dealt mostly with Mercedes and BMW. After picking out our car we filled out the application they finished the financing in a reasonable amount of time and I was out of there with the vehicle I wanted. Thanks guys see you soon, my wife really liked some of the SUVs you guys had.

This car dealership sold us a car that has a severe frame damage and 2 accidents,when we asked if the car had any accidents, they said no,showed us the car fax that has 0 record.So we took the car and we ran auto check that showed severe frame damage and 2 accidents. Took the car back and we confronted them,then they said yes,the car has severe frame damage and we dont have to tell you about that damage.So the story gets even better when they said, you signed a document that says the car might have damage and now its our fault and the General Manager told us basically we cant do anything about it,and we have to buy the car and we will never get back our down payment.Then he said we need to go and meet at the court.WOW.........MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU : Be careful of this dealer as he wont even talk to you and tried to hide from us for 3 hours.There is no honesty and no respect in this place. Just dont buy car from him,dont trust his car fax , and if you do buy,do your own,both car fax and Auto Check And "choose the cooling off period"" because he will make you sign a paper that says no cooling off. FINAL NOTE::::::::::: DONT LET HIM TAKE YOUR FINGERPRINTS BECAUSE HE WILL ASK YOU TO TAKE FINGERPRINTS. BE CAREFUL,CAREFUL CAREFUL,.

FYI the navigation in the audi they were selling was broken and the visor clips too. I asked them to fix it before buying the car. I wouldnt have bought it if they didnt agree to fix it. what courtesy? None of the issues where fixed by them, its not the disc that has a problem its the unit and gps antenna. I have receipts from Audi to prove it!! And besides they dont have the capability to fix or diagnose an audi factory navigation in the first place.. ask Audi dealerships for yourselves! Get everything fixed before closing the deal or look somewhere else

I bought a MBZ GLK350 from them and after a few days we noticed that this car might be a bit small for our family of 5. So i took the car back after 6 days and i exchanged it with a bigger version , a 2010 GL450. I thought it would be big process, but fortunately they made it very easy. We just took a test drive and when my wife agreed on the color, we negotiated a good price and paid the difference and came out. Everything in life should be a easy as this. Thanks guys. I went to this dealership to get a used car in December 2013, they have a descent price as advertised online and with descent mileage compared to other dealership, but more or less competitive in pricing. This is a small dealership with mostly good European cars on the lot. I TOLD THE SALES GUY "DION" I WAS TRADING IN MY CAR, HE SAID OK. HE GAVE ME A GOOD TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY CAR $2000 MORE THAN CARMAX WHICH IS GOOD, BUT THATS ABOUT IT. I WANTED TO LOOK AT THIS CAR I SAW ONLINE, HE HAND ME THE KEY AND HE WENT BACK TO HIS OFFICE. SO I WENT TO THE CAR AND LOOKED AT IT BY MYSELF!! HE DIDNT EVEN ASSISTED ME ON HOW TO GET THE CAR STARTED. WHERE TO INSERT THE KEYFOB AND STUFF BY THE WAY ITS AN AUDI. SO I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT EVERYTHING. PUSHED THE KEYFOB IN TO START.. OK I GOT THE CAR RUNNING. THE CAR IS AS ADVERTISED. I TOLD HIM I WANT TO TEST DRIVE IT, SO HE TOLD HIS GUY TO GO WITH ME ON THE TEST DRIVE SO WE DID. WHEN I GOT BACK I NOTICED 2 SUN VISOR CLIPS BROKEN AND NAVIGATION IS NOT WORKING. HE TOLD ME NO PROBLEM WELL FIX IT. SO WE RAN MYCREDIT AND GOT APPROVED AND DEAL WAS DONE. THEY GOT THE CAR WASHED AND READY FOR ME TO TAKE IT HOME. I ALSO ASKED FOR A FULL TANK OF GAS COZ IT WAS ON EMPTY. HE SAID OK WHEN U COME BACK TOMORROW COZ WE ARE ALMOST CLOSING. GREAT!! I ALSO TOLD HIM I NEED TO GET MY SUBS AND AMPS FROM THE CAR I TRADED IN. OK TOMORROW COZ THE MECHANIC IS NOT HERE. EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH THAT DAY UNTIL........ I CAME BACK THE NEXT MORNING, DEON WAS NOT IN, "MARTIN" WAS THERE, I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY CONVERSATION WITH DEON.. HE WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE IM CRAZY. SO HE CALLED DEON ON HIS PHONE. OK WELL ORDER THE VISOR CLIPS AND DVD NAVIGATION...IN MY MIND HOW WOULD YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM WITH THE NAVIGATION IF THE MECHANIC DIDT EVEN LOOK AT IT FIRST.. OK KINDA SHADY!! I JUST SAID OK I WILL JUST FOLLOW UP WITH YOU.. MY AMPS AND SUBS ARE STILL INSTALLED IN MY CAR!! SURPRISE!!! SURPRISE!!! THE MECHANIC IS NOT THERE. SO I ASKED JUST TO GIVE ME TOOLS THAT I NEED AND TAKE IT OUT MYSELF..AND I LEFT WITH DISSAPOINTMENT. I CALLED THE NEXT WEEK TO FOLLOW UP ON THE "PARTS THEY ORDERED", TOLD ME TO CALL ON MONDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. SO I DID, THEY ARE PASSING ME AROUND.. SERIOUSLY GUYS!! IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. SO I CALLED AFTER 2 WEEKS STILL NO PARTS!! CONNECTED ME TO PARTS DIVISION, THE GUY SAID WE DONT HAVE IT YET.. CALLED BACK AGAIN THE NEXT WEEK AND GUESS WHAT THEY DIDNT ORDERED IT!! THIS TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CALL. THEY NEVER DID. BTW, THE ISSUE OF THE NAVIGATION IS NOT THE DVD, ITS AN INTERNAL PROBLEM. I KNOW THE CAR SAYS AS-IS BUT THE BAD PART IS THEY MADE PROMISES TO CLOSE A DEAL. FYI AUDI PARTS ARE NOT CHEAP, GET MY CAR CHECKED NAVIGATION COSTS ABOUT $1800 AND VISOR CLIPS ABOUT $78 AND ITS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY WITCH EXPIRED 4 MONTHS BEFORE MY PURCHASE. THIS IS BASICALLY MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION AND YOU MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. SHOP SMART... SO GUYS GOOD LUCK FOR SEARCHING FOR YOUR NEXT CAR

DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I came in to see a car seen on their web site. Car looked ok and I had a nice trade in. They preliminary offered me the low "fair" value for my trade. Salesman went out to confirm the mileage and came back with the "manager" to tell me the car had a funny noise (sometimes) when starting up and needed thousands of dollars in repairs. They even brought in their mechanic to tell me the horror story of how my engine warning light would come on soon and then the car would not even start. They offered a laughable price. I left and took my car to my long time trusted mechanic and he confirmed there was NOTHING wrong with my car.

AVOID these people. Even though we understand some Farsi still, they were somewhat rude, and we found under inspected vehicles moved through fast and heard lots of lies. Watch your back. We were there six months ago and got scared off, but recently found out that one of our friends also had a bad experience there.

I read the reviews Kay Kars but Ive learned from past experiences to form my own judgments. My experience was pleasant, the car I had called in on was still there which is good since the previous dealership I went to had sold the car I had called in on and failed to informed me. The salesman Martin showed me the car and took me on a small test drive. I wanted to go on the freeway but it was rush hour so I can sympathies with him on that, though I am purchasing a $27,000 car. After the test drive he introduced me to Dion, the finance manager. We went over my credit, agreed on a price and I was set to go. I recently took my BMW 328 convertible to my mechanic who changed the oil but besides that said the car was sound. Im not one to usually write reviews but felt I would share my experience.

I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I went there to see the car that I saw online. They told me they will show me the carfax when I get there. So I did, checked the car and looked at the printed carfax. Carfax was so amazing, no damages, 1 owner, all services records. Then I went home and bought the carfax report online, just to make sure. Surprise ! a carfax with substantial damage report. Also I spent 3 hours trying to figure out the final price for the car. They were never able to give a price including price , tax, fees, registration etc. They kept talking about why I should buy warranty and left the final price always in a gray area. What a waste of time!
