I leased a vehicle from this dealership 14 months ago. I brought it in for 5k mile service and 10k mile service. Both times the service advisors were very courteous and got me in and out of the place as effeciently as possible. Today, I came in because a light was came on the dash board. They werent sure what was wrong with it and said it would take a few hours to diagnose a fix. Knowing this, they gave me a complimentary rental vehicle from enterprise and I was on my way. A couple hours later I recieved a call saying the car has been repaired and she drives like new again. Manager, Ara was attentive during the buying process, but was very disappointed when he did not return my call and message a few days later. Loan officer took a long time to process the paperwork although we paid cash and was very persistent on offering services we had told him were not interested in. It was quite annoying.
