"Love My Service Rep Mario At Land Rover Of Encino"

Mario my service representative is fantastic as are the cashier and support staff inside the sales office. The repairs needed were carried out except my car was returned completely empty of gas and the squeak in one of the pillars returned shortly after I got the car back even though they tried fixing it with new clips. I have to bring the car back next week to take care of the squeak again. Mario immediately noted the problem and will set up a loaner car for me next week.

Communicated via text with John. I told him I was on my way and to have the cars ready for me as I was coming closer to closing time. Stuck in 2hr traffic with my 7yo. To top it all, he was back & forth with me & another buyer. 4hrs of nothing! My son & I left at 9p hoping to drive home in a new car. Complete waste waste waste of my time! (& gas money!) My son was hungry, I was extremely annoyed & we didnt get home til 1030 way pass my sons bedtime! Stupid of me to have believed he had everything all set up & ready to go!

It took almost two weeks to finish my car and one of those weeks there was no loaner available. Sam is great and I highly recommend him, but the attention to work done on my car was not good. I lay in bed every morning and evening to my horn going odd because the hood latch was not fixed. The part was out of stock I learned when I came to pick up my car. My car was not properly waxed and I asked that it be tested with wax to see if there was paint damage, so I had to wax it myself to see that the paint wasnt damaged. When I picked up the car I was told the car wasnt waxed or cleaned like I wanted because there was damage on the hood , there is not but rather it needed to just be waxed out. I think they are too overbooked and need to pay a bit closer attention to each car. My car alarm has gone off everyday since I had the car back and I shouldve been given a opportunity to order the necessary part. Rather the day I picked it up I was told the hood latches were out of stock? Sam is great but I think hes got too many clients.
