Okay, so I was only shopping for a used car at a very pricey and upscale dealership but man it was fun. Everyone we encountered in the stylish building with wood floors and ceilings and glass windows is friendly and nonintimidating even when very busy. The test drive with Tony was a pleasure. We didnt end up getting the car but learned enough that helped inform our decision. A well run place with beautiful cars!

My XF has been serviced by Jaguar Newport Beach for many years. Getting an appointment was delayed due to service volume, but the inconvenience was minimal. From the check in with my advisor, to the completion of the service was as always, a total "customer satisfaction" experience. In the past, when given to me after the service, my car had always been washed, but not thoroughly dried. This time it was spotless which was greatly appreciated. I have very easy access to another Jaguar service center, but will continue to go out of my way to have my car serviced by Jaguar Newport Beach.

THE DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPT IN NEWPORT BEACH WERE EXCELLENT. hOWEVER IT TOOK 126 DAYS FOR A VIN NUMBER PLATE TO BE RECD FROM LAND ROVER. THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO THE DEALERSHIPS PARTS DEPT INQUIRIES OR ATTEMPTS TO TRACK.. I WAS JUST LEFT IN LIMBO. mAKES FOR VERY POOR COPORATE RELATIONS.
