Overview & Reviews
The 2009 Aston Martin DB9 is a bit more powerful this year as its 6.0-liter V12 receives a 20-horsepower boost. Other changes include revised suspension tuning (Aston says it's for improved ride quality) and quicker, smoother shifts for the automatic transmission. Torsional rigidity in the DB9 Volante has also been increased. Inside, the DB9 gets the same improved stereo, climate and navigation controls as the DBS, as well as its crystal and stainless steel "emotion control unit" key fob. There's also a sizable price increase.
- Seductive styling, sumptuous V12 power, surprisingly livable for road trips and commuting, beautifully crafted cabin, ample driver space, highly customizable.

My First Luxury Sports Car - 2009 Aston Martin DB9
By chippern73 - November 27 - 5:26 amIn December I purchased my first true sports car: Aston Martin DB9 2door coupe. I was able to get it in black with black and grey interior. To say the least, I was blown away! I have never owned a fast car like this before. I had to learn to drive all over again. Keeping it under the speed limit is the hardest thing to do when you can step ever so lightly on the gas peddle and have it up to 120 in no time. The specs says 0-60 in 4.7 seconds, Ill tell you that its true. Passing cars is a breeze. They never know what hit them. Great car and worth the price.
