This car is awesome! - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By J.Jasper - December 1 - 4:03 amI bought it a month ago and its phenomenal! Great on gas, I average 36 mpg and thats mostly street driving. This vehicle is so stylish! Great car at an affordable price. I see this vehicle lasting many years. Its fits any liftstyle, Im single with no kids and I think its very stylish, but it also has room for a few car seats should I decide to upgrade in that area soon! If you want a reliable, fun to drive, economical, stylish sedan this is it! I recommend the manual drive!

A sweet compact car - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By a carpenter - November 30 - 2:46 pmMy Tacoma was getting to be about 8 years old and my commute was averaging around a hundred miles a day. I needed to do something about rising gas prices so i bought this litte car. The MPG is absolutely awesome averaging about 41 mpg. I was concerned about the size of the vehicle but it is surprising how much room is really inside. I even have room for all my tools and equipment after I fold down the back seat. Simply awesome!

Cute Car with Fantastic Mileage!! - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By Stephanie - October 25 - 4:53 pmAt first, I wasnt keen about losing my sporty convertible and exchanging it for the Yaris; but gas was a major problem and the Yaris mileage was the most influential factor for choosing it. However, I love my Yaris! Although its an economy, four door, I think its bubble look is cute along with the metallic red color I chose. Mileage is amazing! I commute 80 miles every day and find Im averaging around 40 mpg while dirving 80 mph! I think the stereo is great and highly recommend the power package option. The Yaris responds well for a 1.5L and definitely keeps up with the other cars on speed - it just needs a little oomph at first to pick up speed. This is the best economy car for 2008!

Great Car and Great Mileage - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By djludwig - October 14 - 10:46 amI bought the Yaris on the strength of its reliability and gas mileage. I am pleased with the quality and for the price it is a solid car. It rides better than the larger Plymouth Sundance that was my prior car. My first 2 gas stops were 42 MPG and 38.5 MPG. I think that the mileage will improve as the engine breaks in. I bought the Sea Mist Green Metallic and the color is beautiful. I will continue to buy Toyota.

Great Car!! - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By Erica3737 - September 19 - 7:00 pmI love this car. The only down side is the storage space on the dash. The cup holders are right in front of the vents so it melts a cold drink when the heater is on and there is only a center console and golve box but no other storage space available. Other than that I LOVE IT!

Great Little Car - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By Andy - September 15 - 1:43 pmI am amazed about this car. I wanted good gas mileage and this car delivers! Great performance for the engine it has. It maneuvers really good. The Yaris gets in places that my Dodge Caravan could never go. I got the convenience package with a great audio system and 15 inch wheels. I am very satisfied with the Yaris!!

MID-AGE CRISIS? - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By Paul - August 16 - 11:23 pmBought the Canadian version of the S, the RS, had it lowered, put 18" wheels on it, a light tint and a few subtle additions. I LOVE DRIVING IT! I never drive my large luxury sedan any more. I may be pushing 57, but in this little pocket rocket, I feel like a twenty year old zipping about in Europe. I feel so smug when I pull away from a fat, super duty truck or the like. My first (not my last) Toyota.

Great Car! - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By Natalya - August 16 - 8:53 amThis car is perfect. The EPA says 36 but I am averaging closer to 43. I try and keep my tank above the half way mark at all times. It really is a great car!

Cheap Car, But Not a Cheap Car! - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By DavidinWisconsin - July 4 - 7:56 pmI tried all the small fuel sipper cars before buying a Yaris Sedan. The price/performance/features won the battle for my dollar. Although the Yaris is a very inexpensive auto, it is by no means cheaply made. Im totally enjoying it!

I Love my new Yaris - 2008 Toyota Yaris
By Deca - July 3 - 2:40 pmThis little Yaris is the coolest car on the planet. I just am amazed with it. People look at me more than when i drove my Xterra . The gas mileage is awesome. My only concern is how this car will take the winter and sleet/snow. The S package does come with bigger tires so you do lose some gas mileage but the handling is better. The AC is great. The interior room is plenty. I do give Toyota lots of credit for making a peppy 1.5 16 valve . The Yaris should pass every test possible that my BF will put it through. I look forward to the east coast winter and see if it really is all that. Oh I did add my own GPS and Sirius and tinted the glass. Lets rock this Yaris.
