  • No Buyers Remorse!! - 2007 Toyota Yaris

We love our Yaris, we are absolutely 100% pleased, Usually with big purchases we have some buyers remorse, but we are totally at peace with this purchase. It looks great, gets great mileage, fits all four of us comfortably with plenty of room in the trunk for luggage.

Turns on a dime. Better gas mileage than window sticker states. Great transmision, holds its own going up hill, and down as well. No need to hold brake pedal burning up brakes computer senses need to down shift from lock up mode (torque converter). Easy to park. Awesome factory add ons. Im 61" and have plenty of leg room. Kids have plenty of room. Awesome interior set up.

The Toyota Yaris had turned out to be the best car that I have ever purchased. My wife was hesitant at first however she now thinks it is a great car. The mileage is hard to beat. It now has over 30k miles and if it is driven right, I can reach 44 mpg on 1 tank of gas.

So far i have about 8k miles on my 5 speed Yaris, and I have to say I love it. Nice pick up off the line and a smooth ride. It wont perform like a camry, but its also half the price. Its the best car youll find at this price point.

  • Im waiting for it to die - 2007 Toyota Yaris

I have my eyes on the 2012 Audi A6, but I cant conscionably take the leap when my 2006/2007 Yaris just refuses to die! I have 113K miles (7.5 years) and its running like a champ. Sure I cant beat all the Audis and the BMWs off the green light, but I can zip and zoom around everyone else, and only pay $26 every 5K miles for servicing. No repairs whatsoever, other than new tires every 50K, and a belt change at mile 100K. I have a feeling the little Yaris is going to hang on for another 7.5 years, but deep down Im hoping that it wont because Im itching to get into a nice car that doesnt "rattle" when traveling at 80 mph.

I love my little car, it gets wonderful gas mileage. I have taken it up the mountain passes many times, and it cruises nicely up them all.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Yaris 4 days ago and could not be happier- the money Im saving on gas is fantastic. The MP3 jack is huuuge for me. The seat is comfy and the car is quite stylish for an economic vehicle. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought my Yaris a year before it became the model year, it had 19 miles on it. The car is reliable, Ive never had a problem with it running. It is unbelievably peppy for such a small engine, the car climbs to speed easily on the road. Gas mileage is fantastic. Its all the hybrid mpg without the hybrid price. The only cons against it is that there is no rpm or battery gauge, and it does not handle well on turns at high speeds. The dashboard is all plastic, and while it has tons of storage room up front, my two glove compartment doors do not line up properly with the dash for whatever reason. I would recommend this car to absolutely anyone in the market for a small, hybrid-ish car.

I love this car. It barely uses gas and saves me so much money. It looks and feels great on the highway. Very little noise.

  • Definitely a vehicle worth owning - 2007 Toyota Yaris

We have owned numerous small cars over the years. The Yaris 2D HB is overall an excellent small car. For its size, it rides well, handles decent, does well in winter (with good tires), has a functional and comfortable interior, is easy to service (oil changes) and the exterior looks good. This is our first Toyota and in spite of the negative press Toyota has received lately, this car has never failed us. We bought this car used with 13,000 miles on it. We now have just over 40,000 miles on it after almost two years. We average 36 MPG in winter and 40 MPG in summer. Mostly driven on country roads with some city/town driving.
