I absolutely love this car. I was hesitant when looking because I had never had a van before and when I did my first test drive I called it a bus. Now that we have owned it for a few years, I really really like it and all the features. A TV in the ceiling is helpful for traveling distances with kids. We dont use it runing around town and it isnt noticeable when not in use. The remote headphones allow you to listen to radio in front while TV is on in back.

Excellent minivan! We have three daughters 10,8, and 3. This van is smaller than the other minivans, but will certainly be more than adequate for our needs for the next five years. The middle row captains chairs are ideal, allowing one of the girls to have the entire 3rd row to themself.

We purchased our Sienna right after our second child was born. A mini-van for a young family is a must! The ease of getting them in and out (especially when you have one in a carrier) is worth the money alone. This (for us) is the pure car pool / soccer practice / grocery-getter / long trip vehicle. Gas mileage (especially on trips) is outstanding. Theres plenty of room for luggage and several kids. Ours is nearly paid off and well probably keep it - when we do decide to trade.

  • Still love it at 60,000 miles! - 2000 Toyota Sienna

We are seniors--this car is not only for soccer moms. We travel a lot and love the car-like handling and the spacious rear seating for our friends, who all comment with surprise on its versatility and spaciousness. We ADORE reconfiguring it for hauling various items we buy. Only negative: too often were forced to drive socially, since were the only ones who can carry six!

  • Lifesaver car - 2000 Toyota Sienna

I had the car for 10 years. 270k miles. We were just in a rollover accident on hwy, doing 70 mph. The whole family was in the car, we all walked away unharmed. GREAT car, comfortable, and it saved our lives. It was like losing a member of the family.

  • Mixed Feeling - 2000 Toyota Sienna

Nothing major complaints but lots of minor defects.AC problems, rear window rattling, plastic parts falling off, tires replaced at 24000,poor paint match on exterior, not thrilled with noise from brakes. But the dealer has been great thus far.Too small for family of 5 on vacations. Dont know if I would buy another one. Expected more from toyota.

We havent had a single problem with this car. It meets or exceeds or expectations in every category. The interior is very well designed. Of course it isnt a Porsche in terms of performance and handling, but you cant put tons of luggage and kid stuff in a sports car.

  • Safe and Sound - 2000 Toyota Sienna

Our Sienna has been virtually trouble-free, and weve also experienced an accident. The Sienna did an admirable job of protecting everyone, and the ALR rear seatbelts held the kids car seats tight during the wreck. Still, I dislike this van. I find the Sienna dreadfully uncomfortable. The front seats are mushy and offer virtually no support. The cargo space behind the third-row seat is not terribly good, and I wish the Toyota had the same disappearing third-row seat as the Honda does.
