  • Typical Toyota - 2005 Toyota 4Runner

This car is a typical Toyota, built rock solid with excellent reliability. I drive through out So Cal and this car is very comfortable on long commutes. I am 6-0 tall and have plenty of leg and head room. The ride is excellent. Very smooth on the road and around town. Gas mileage exceeds specs. I get 24+ (rated at 22 mpg) on the highway. I also find the optional 3rd row seat a very useful addition. I am very happy with this SUV.

Test drive and you will buy. This is my second Toyota in two years and I like the build quality, overall sturdiness of the vehicles and high resale values.

  • The most wanted SUV - 2005 Toyota 4Runner

I can see why Edmund’s voted it most wanted. I waited almost two months to get the color combination I wanted. As soon as one hit the lot it was sold the same day. Well I finally got one and it was well worth the wait. It rides great for a rear axle SUV and the engine performance far better than my old Jeep. It has so many standard features I’m still learning them. I really like the fuel economy. So far I’m averaging 20.9 miles per gallon city/hwy. I’m glad I got it.

  • The best and the most affordable SUV - 2005 Toyota 4Runner

I have driven quite few different SUVs. Toyota 4Runner is definitely the only SUV that offers affordability, comfort, safety, and absolute pleasure to drive. The interior is very well designed withall regularly used controls right at your reach. The trunk space is more than enough, especially with back seats folded. The exterior design is catchy and cozy so no matter whether youre a man or a woman driving you always look good in it and feel even better! As for driving performance during winter season, this car is just excellent, assuming youre a responsible and experienced driver. A very good buy -the best buy!

I am now a converted Toyota owner. The feel of the vehicle is excellent and the quality and finish are top notch. It is a fun ride that handles like a champ in the snow and the mud. Driving has not been this fun in a long time.

Looks great, runs greatand if very responsive for a six cyclinder. Seems to be as perky as the V8 Jeep I just dumped. I havent put enough miles on it yet to see how it holds up. Only a few thousand but no problem what so ever so far.

  • The best mid sized SUV - 2005 Toyota 4Runner

This is without a doubt one of the best vehicles made in the world regardless of price. Fit and finish of my new 4 Runner is almost flawless. I recommend the X-REAS Sport Enhancement Suspension. Creature comforts abound in this vehicle. Get the V8 which is awesome if youre not worried about mileage. It’s a smooth rush of power through the entire power curve! Hard to believe this SUV weighs almost 4500 lbs. I recently drove in about 18 inches of fresh snow and my 4 Runner never breathed hard. It’s as quite as any Lexus or BMW sedan I’ve ever owned. It has that German feel to the entire vehicle but fortunately has Toyota’s legendary reliability. I could not be happier with my new 2005 LTD

Weve owned the 05 Toyota 4Runner for 7 months and have been quite impressed. Weve owned other SUVs and this one is the smoothest and most comfortable to drive. Surprisingly, for a truck-based SUV, it drives similar to a car. We opted for the V6 to save money and it has plenty of power. Of course we dont tow anything with it and weve heard the V8 is better for towing. On long drives (of 5 hours) it is easy to find a comfortable seating position.
