Overview & Reviews
For 2007, the Saab 9-3's interior gets a redesign, with a restyled instrument panel and updated trim and chrome details. OnStar has been added to the options list, as have a couple of new wheel designs. Satellite radio is now standard on Aero models and optional on the 2.0T, and a Bose sound system is now available on all 9-3 sedans.
- Handles well for a front-drive car, frugal yet powerful engines, generous passenger room, class-leading trunk space in sedan models, excellent crash test scores.
- Suspension should be stiffer on Aero models, ride can be choppy over bumps, interiors lack upscale look and feel, turbo lag on V6 models.

A perfect, tasteful, delightful car. - 2007 Saab 9-3
By deathshot - November 11 - 8:20 amI honestly have no complaints about this car. It is powerful, fuel efficient, stylish, tasteful, sporty, and elegant. When you have a car as well-rounded as this, people often dig around for any little excuse to put her down. For instance, I see people bashing the interior or claiming that the handling isnt good enough. Thats a load. This cars interior is fantastic. It is practical, minimal, and elegant in true Swedish style. Saab was an uncompromising company with high standards and a progressive attitude. They simply didnt fit the mold of consumer sameness and that may have been their downfall. They made safe, fast cars with idiosyncratic personalities. They will be missed.

Smoking Aero 9-3 - 2007 Saab 9-3
By James Kanter - October 2 - 5:33 amI got this car because my wife picked it out for me. She loved the car and felt it was a great value. I wanted a convertible and hadnt thought of a Saab. I wanted a BMW, but it was too expensive. I started falling in love with this car when we saw it parked at the dealer. This car has done nothing but exceed my expectations in every way. It drives great. It has excellent stability, wonderful seats. The top comes down real fast. It look slick. I absolutely love the sound of the exhaust. Now I want another Saab! Im into Saabs.

Fun Saab - 2007 Saab 9-3
By Steve - July 7 - 4:10 pmI purchased a 9-3 anniversary model w/auto. If you are in the market for any type of car, compare it to a Saab. The car is fun to drive, feels very well built. Very, very quick. The anniversary package adds a lot of value. Compared this to a MB C230 and Lexus IS 250. It was no comparison when you compared fun to drive quotient, safety and price. What a fun great car!!!

Not Just Another Beemer - 2007 Saab 9-3
By TopDownDriver - March 17 - 10:20 pmThis is the one to have... the 2WD Aero Convertible. People often give this car a double take, but instead of looking at you like youre a snob, they smile. Saab makes one of the safest convertibles on the road. The Aero front seats are upgraded and really comfortable. The back seats are surprisingly deep, be sure to actually sit back there. I like the power the turbo Aero has available, but still get close to 30 mpg on the highway. If I keep my foot out of it. The car is a cross between cool and charming, and its different. Mines been reliable. Its a front- driver, so a Beemer will handle better on a racetrack, but I prefer front drive stability in the real worlds rain or snow.

Saabalicious - 2007 Saab 9-3
By Vincent - February 1 - 9:03 pmWhat can I say. I have been after this car for a while, but being educated, I waited a bit to make sure it is at its peak for the particular model. Best car I have ever owned, even over its German counterparts. Will continue to own Saabs as long as I am alive.
