Overview & Reviews
The Vibe is an all-new model in Pontiac's lineup designed to combine the best attributes of an SUV, a station wagon and a small van. Thankfully, the result is rather attractive and hip, not to mention utilitarian.
- Crisp handling, unique features, utilitarian design.

Good vibes from my Vibe. - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By kathisma - February 19 - 10:20 amIve only owned Hondas but this is certainly the BEST car Pontiac ever made. It has youthful looks, a well engineered Toyota engine, handles well, and is made with good quality materials. However, its not perfect. NUMMI assembly quality doesnt appear to be as good as for the Matrix - Pontiac take note! Our quality related issues include a broken off door handle (from regular use), some fit and finish inconsistencies, passenger door window mechanism problem, barely-there A/C and heating, and low quality, prematurely wearing tires. Dealer servicing is not the greatest and the receipts are confusing. But, overall, the car looks good, is comfortable and mechanically reliable. Id buy another.

Turns Heads - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By nucka - January 24 - 10:00 amThis car is very appealing. People always stop me and ask "what type of car is that?" Some would like to call it a SUV station wagon but still think the body style of the car has something to say.

Eco-friendly & Reliable - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By Nevadasurr - January 11 - 2:00 amCompares well to Forester, which has poor MPG and $3+k more. Matrix less visually appealing; Toyota misled on low-cost financing; couldnt get ABS & SAB combo; forced to take standard options. After 6k miles, Vibe runs well, gets exc. mileage, Moons & Tunes stereo is a pleasure, plenty of room for big dog, guitar and gear. Paid ~$16.2 with rebate before tax: 5 sp., M & T pkg., ABS, SAB, bumper cover & cargo mat ordered from factory to specs (Salsa Red, black/gray trim and dark interior). Car performs well in snow and summer heat, gets exc. mileage (35-39 hgwy.) and has met expectations. Hoping for Toyota reliability over the long haul.

My Vibe Experience - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By John G. - December 24 - 7:23 pmI am a real fan of this car after 3 years of driving. I have always traded my new cars after 3 years, but Ill probably hang on to this one! Im 64" and Im more comfortable in my Vibe than in most cars that retail for twice as much. The only disappointment was the original equipment TIRES were JUNK. (But most car makers mistakenly try to save on tires on their lower priced vehicles). Vibe is a winner!

Nice Family Car! - 2003 Pontiac Vibe
By DRB007 - August 6 - 10:00 amComfortable car for two adults and two car seats. Went on a 1,200 mile trip, almost completely satisfied. Had a TV and cell phone plugged in for the Whole trip with barney on the CD. Highway road noise was a little much. Needed more power driving through the Smokeys.
