Bring Em Back - 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight
By art thomson - July 7 - 8:03 pmThe 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight is my kind of car. Its fun to drive, and has lots of power. Thats it. The down side: the plastic cup holders are lousy. They broke off and are long gone. The radio is very good, though I wish there had a CD player since the cassette player broke. I would buy another Olds if only they were still making them. I guess it will be a Buick or Caddy for me, since I only buy American.

A Good Family Sedan - 1999 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight
By lovdmc12 - February 21 - 9:43 pmI bought this car as a daily driver when my Aurora started having major problems. It is a solid family sedan with good accelartion and gas mileage. The fit and finish are excellent, and the car has proven to be very reliable with over 101000 miles at the time of purchase. I lament the death of Oldsmobile as these fine cars were some of the best to come out of GM in recent years.

Excellent Car - 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight
By britnyscc - February 1 - 1:33 amMy husband and I bought this car last summer and we have fallen in love with it since. Its never given us any major trouble. The rear brakes are beginning to rub, but they only rub in the mornings when you first drive it. Very reliable. If we could buy another we definitely would!

Awesome first Car - 1996 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight
By mancheskia - December 21 - 2:41 pmThis was my first car that I owned when I got my license. Gas mileage was great 28 mpg hwy with a V6 and about 16 city for a 1996 I would consider that very good especially since car these day arent getting much better mileage if they are at all better in the same class. Car was very comfortable and reliability wasnt much of an issue until I had about 200,000 miles on the car.

Solid, dependable car - 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight
By Kapok - October 3 - 12:10 amBought the car in 02 with 60K miles on it. Now has 189K and still going strong. However, it has a main seal and oil pan gasket leaks, too much $$ to spend on such an old car. It has served my family well.
