  • Get the Options - 2003 Mazda Truck

Very nice vehicle to drive. Great exterior look. Roomy interior even for large individuals(extended cab). Four door entry makes life easier getting briefcase or bag from behind front seat. Mazda options really upgrade look. Seats are not cushy but OK. Interior design is nice. Everything nicely accessable. Gas mileage is not great for midsize truck, but power makes up for it on B4000. Upgrade options are worth it. Makes me smile every time I get behind the wheel! Even after I paid for it. More truck for the buck than Ford Ranger. Longer warranty than Ford.

  • Nice Little Truck - 2002 Mazda Truck

Bought it brand new and I have never had a problem. I get about 19 mpg in mixed driving. I have about 65K on original tires. One set of brakes and oil changes every 5K. Not the fastest vehicle, but it will drop a boat in the lake easily with the raised suspension.

  • Bad Transmission - 2002 Mazda Truck
    By -

Bought this truck used with 2600 miles. Automatic transmission started slipping at 30,000 miles. Had to replace at 35,000 miles. Poor gas mileage for a small truck, 17 - 18 mpg. Interior trim quality is sub par. Plastic dash trim is peeling. No doors on the extended cab make the area behind the seats hard to access.

  • One great little truck - 2003 Mazda Truck

This truck is packed full of features. I went for the 6 cyl and I am pleased I did. The 4 cyl was not as strong and I wanted to haul my enclosed trailer with it. Would I buy another? Yes!

  • Not a Ranger - 2003 Mazda Truck

Nice truck. I know its basically a Ranger but with Mazdas new 4 year warranty I went with the B-Series. The fabulous 5 speed auto makes the most of the small 6 cylinder and I dont see one every light like a Ranger.

  • The more I drive it,the more I love it - 2002 Mazda Truck

I think Mazdas differences in interior and exterior won me over, verses the Ranger. It feels tight,no rattles, has lots of power, and its a ball to drive. And with a 50,000 mile warranty, Mazda belives in it more than Ford does their Ranger.

  • Very Nice! - 2003 Mazda Truck

This is the fourth Mazda PU I have owned, starting with a 89 model. I was originally interested in economy and utility of a small pick-up and Mazdas extended warranty(then, 50,000 miles) was the deciding feature for me. The first two(89 & 95) were driven over 80000 miles, the last one(99), over 100,000 with no problems. My 03 is very sporty and came with a 100,000 mile warranty, which I plan to use to the fullest. Economy ranges from 23 to 26 mpg.

  • good truck - 2002 Mazda Truck

Looked at Toyota, Ford and others. Decided on the Mazda because of the 0% for 5 yrs. I really enjoy this truck. Have driven it in all types of weather and it has performed well.

  • Noble truck - 2002 Mazda Truck

Great vehicle to run errands to the lumber yard, the nursery, the dump etc. It is very sporty, has great handling and adequate cargo capacity for its intended use. It is the right size for city use and can be parked easily in our relatively narrow driveway. Dealer was fair in the purchase process.

  • Excellent little truck - 2003 Mazda Truck

This vehicle has been reliable so far. Great build quality, nice styling, and very economical for fuel(though you would expect that from a 4-banger).
