Road Warrior! - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By Kipp Nave - June 12 - 2:23 amIf there were ever proof that you get what you pay for, the Lexus RX350 is it. My wife and I just retired and wanted an "RV" (Retirement Vehicle) and we planned on a lot of time behind the wheel driving across America to work on checking off items on our bucket list. We traded in - reluctantly as it had been such a good vehicle - our 2010 RX350 that had just turned over 110K miles. While the 2010 had all of the bells and whistles of its day, the technology had become a little dated. We opted for a 2017 RX350 premium package with the wide screen navigation. We brought it home and about one month later took off on a 3000 mile road trip up to Pennsylvania and Ohio from our home in San Antonio Texas. The RX performed beyond our expectations. The cruise control and radar/safety system worked well, but it takes some getting used to. (BTY, the safety package is standard on the RX, something BMW, Acura and other make you pay extra) The assistant was helpful in setting up addresses and voice commands were easy. I especially like just saying "Im Hungry" and it lists all of the restaurants nearby. You pick a place to eat and the navigation system lays out the routing. Overall, I love this vehicle and would recommend it to anyone wanting an upscale SUV that seats 5. As it is only the wife and I, it fulfills all of our travel needs.

Gets better the more I drive it - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By JM - March 26 - 6:42 pmIts simply the best overall car Ive had. Its quiet and comfortable. Soaks up bumps and pot holes like a champ, which is appreciated where the roads arent so great. Its not a performance car by any means, but its got plenty of get-up for my tastes. I love all the driver assistant technology (dynamic cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, heads up display, etc.) and parking assist functions. I think it looks great inside and out and I get a ton of compliments. I truly believe this is the best interior in its class, I opted for the bamboo and parchment and its really slick looking. My only major gripe is the navigation system which is basically garbage compared to Google maps. However, its still worth getting it because it comes with the awesome 12.3" inch screen and Mark Levinson sound system.

Early impressions after an 02 Lexus LS 430. - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By George - December 25 - 2:47 pmThis is an SUV not a Luxury Sedan, so the ride will take some adjusting to. It had 24 miles when we picked it up, now 550. The vehicle handles better in all aspects and we have likewise become comfortable with its strong response, transmission and how it settles to a relax mode but ready to surge. A lot of power on Eco mode, imagine Sport mode. Comfort is present at all times, driving safety features are excellent assists. Again, this a brief experience, time will provide more information.

Been Testing Out My New 2017 RX350 - 2017 Lexus RX 350
By Chris - September 19 - 12:26 pmI just went from a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI to the 2017 RX350. The RX350 seems lighter and more nimble. I read many review on the RX350 and disagree with the sentiments expressed regarding looks and handling. The RX350 bold and aggressive look out shines all of the rest of the SUVs. Its sporting look sends the message that Im not just another stogy SUV driver. The handling is light. The steering is light and easy as opposed to the stiffer Audi steering. Im not sure why people think a stiff steering is better, but I have no problems doing twisty roads. In fact it seems like I can do them quicker in the RX350 without a lot of body roll. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with the RX350.
