My first RX - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By mark j davis - May 9 - 10:00 amWe just purchased our first Lexus. The build quality is superb! The enginering is outstanding. The curb appeal is much more compelling then the old RX.

So far so good - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By PerrinD1 - March 8 - 2:00 amHave only had the vehichle a few months , but it gets around like a champ on the ice and snow. Gas mileage leaves something to be desired from a relatively small 6 cylinder. Power is adequate. Tranny is smooooth. Brakes are good. Lets give it 20000-30000 more miles and see how it does.

First Love - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By chelms - March 8 - 2:00 amI shopped for three days before finding the love of my life. I never wanted any type of SUV until I saw this one sitting in the show room. I test drove the GS 300, a Cadillac CTS, and a small Lincoln. After having driven a GS 300 for the past ten years, I wasnt thrilled with the new model. I felt like I was in my same car. The Cadillac and Lincoln just impress me. However, when I eyed the RX 330 and then test drove it, I fell in love. I had no doubts that this was what I wanted and I have no regrets after two months! It is like driving a sports car but with all the comforts of a luxury car. That is why they call it an LUV, not an SUV!!

My RX 330 - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By Tom Papaccio - March 8 - 2:00 amIt drives very well, handles well and is very comfortable. My biggest complaint is the dashboard rattles. Second biggest complaint is the headlight washing system goes when you wash the windshield and gets the car full of window washer.

Buy something else. - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By Sade - February 13 - 10:00 amLook, I owned this SUV for two months and all I can say is that I bought my RX330 based on the name of Lexus. Dont make the same mistake. The turns are sloppy and the engine noise is horrific. Rides a little bumpy, maybe due the fact they lowered the clearence.

Who invented the electronic transmission - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By very angry - February 1 - 2:00 amDont get me wrong, I love the look of this car and the handling. The navigation is great! But... the new electronic transmission is awful. In stop and go traffic is slams into gear actually throwing you forward in your seat. The worst is in passing situations: Ill floor it and nothing!!!, it sometimes takes a full second to respond, and its not predictable, it doesnt always do that. Lexus says they are aware of the problem, but it meets factory standards so "too bad". A waste of $48000 bucks!! its just plane dangerous to drive!!

Maybe good/Maybe not. - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By PaPa - January 21 - 10:00 amDissappointed. This is third lexus I have owned. There is an old saying, Dont buy a first year car.I didnt think this would apply to a Lexus,But it does.I have had many problems so far. I should have waited.

Executive Mid-Life Crisis - 2004 Lexus RX 330
By subsailor74 - January 21 - 10:00 amA pure pleasure to drive - no down sides to this vehicle to date. I do not know how I survived I the past without the navigation system. I find that I miss my car now when I go on business travel!
