Amazing Comfort for a Compact - 2010 Kia Forte
By pnassos - December 29 - 11:43 pmI downgraded from a Chrysler Concorde; the Forte is really quite comfortable & I am 62", 230 lb. Buy the SX trim - great value, handling, & fast engine. This car hits 90 with ease -- feels like 60. The 2.4 Liter engine & 5 speed work well together. My family likes the heated seats, iPod / USB port, Bluetooth, & satellite radio; prior to this car, I called these luxuries - but they are now necessary. You have to spend $ 25K plus to get this equipment in comparable cars. This car has been solid from the start & is more comparable to Camry, Fusion & Malibu than the compacts. A great value. Kia has now come to Georgia to build their cars & SUVs.

By Chris - November 10 - 8:50 pmIn August I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte SX with black cloth interior, and love it. I looked at the Civic, Mazda3 and Corolla; the Forte SX was ~$1500 less money, had a few more standard options (e.g., bluetooth)and to me, looks better than the other three. Plus, the warranty is very good (5/60 & 10/100). The exterior color is black, and I had the windows tinted, so it really adds to the overall looks. With the sport suspension, it takes the small road bumps kinda hard, plus there does seem to be a rattle in the suspension area when going over the bumps (Ill drive a little longer, if still an issue, Ill get this checked out). Overall, great ride, great looking compact car, great value.

Best car in its segment! - 2010 Kia Forte
By Muhammad Waqas - November 2 - 2:33 pmI bougth this car couple of months ago. I dont think there is any car better in this segment than forte. I have driven almost all the major cars in the segment, and forte beats them all. Civic might be a little more refined, but forte has more power and features. Mazda 3 is fun to drive on short routes, but on highway, forte beats it and it has better fuel economy with more space. Lancers engine is very noisy, and it has a terrible fuel economy.

Cant buy a better car!!! - 2010 Kia Forte
By forteowner (: - July 29 - 4:16 amOk i had a Ford Escort before and i loved the fact it was american. But when time came to get new I wanted something nice. I dont make a million bucks a year and i really dont need to with this. Had this basically since it hit the car lots. I do a good bit of driving and no matter how i drive whether its pedal to the metal or soft and slow the worst mileage i had was 28. I love the radio its a blast and everyone who rides in always loves it. Everyone who saw this car loves it. Its already gotten pretty cold here already and ive had no probs with it starting. This car takes corners and just all in all drives like a champ. I have no complaints about this car!! BUY IT!!!

Im in love - 2010 Kia Forte
By crazyyank - June 20 - 1:23 pmI traded in my 07 Corolla for the 2010 Forte SX Koup. Ive had the car for 2 weeks and I still smile everytime I look at it. I got the silver exterior and the sunroof. The car handles like a dream and the acceleration is more than enough (esp when you hit it at 60 to get past a slower car). The ride is a little stiff, but as someone else said it is a sports car. I do not miss my Corolla at all nor do I regret not getting the 6cyl Mustang I was thinking about. You get more "bang for the buck" with this car and more than one person has commented on the exterior styling.

My Kia Forte has won me over - 2010 Kia Forte
By chickyflyaz - June 9 - 2:00 amI had been driving a 2009 Nissan Altima prior to purchasing this Kia. I had originally set out only wanting another Altima but could not get a good enough deal. A friend talked to me into checking out the Kia dealership where I test drove the Forte. It was affordable and while I was disappointed it wasnt my first choice, I liked it enough to buy it. 3 weeks later I absolutely love it! I drove that car for 2 1/2 weeks before I had to put gas in the tank! I love the way it looks and the comfortable interior. I would like a little more get up and go, but it does get moving eventually.

By Car Lover - May 17 - 6:00 amI have the forte ex model with the fuel economy package.Package has five speed automatic and silica tires smart alternator and electric power steering.First tank of gas was 38.37 mpg.This is one of the nicest compact cars i have ever driven and i am very impressed with the overall quality and fit and finish of this new kia product.Car handles well and is very quiet.I dont believe there is any other make car that has so many standard features at forte price point.Car has anti lock brakes traction control stability control satelite radio full air bag package,and many more features.If reliability is good on this new model which i believe it will be kia has a hit in the compact class.

Awesome car, awesome price! - 2010 Kia Forte
By Nicole - May 7 - 3:20 amI traded in a 2005 Lincoln LS V8 for this and I was amazed at the pick up that this 4 cylinder has. I needed something with better gas mileage and I am getting between 35-40 mpg, which is roughly double from the Lincoln. If you arent too crazy about the exterior design, the interior might change your mind. It has a very young and sporty feel and is rather comfortable with all the standard features. I am happy with the trade and look forward to saving big bucks on gas and maintanence!

I really enjoy this car! - 2010 Kia Forte
By emtownsend - February 9 - 3:50 amI now have about 300 miles on my dark cherry metallic EX. I went with the standard EX package with auto plus the wheels and sunroof. I am very pleased with this purchase. I have done a mix of highway and city driving that netted about 30.1 MPG on the first tank. Not bad! This car is essentially fully loaded and drives like a much more expensive car. I would highly recommend this car to anyone. From interior noise (great), to ride (smooth), to exterior looks (great and gets compliments), this car is a gem. I hate to use qualifiers, but at this price, it is REALLY a gem.

great little kia - 2010 Kia Forte
By carleyd - November 21 - 11:16 amI got my kia when they first hit the Parkersburg lot, and I have loved it! I live in WV and we have had a lot snow this year and my forte goes great! The traction control has been a big help on icy conditions and all the extra features just add to the wonderfulness that is my forte. It is a bit rough over bumps, but thats most small cars Ive driven.
