An AM/FM/CD stereo and a tilt steering wheel are now standard on all 2004 Jeep Wrangler models. A new aluminum wheel design is standard on Sahara models and optional on Sport models. Right-hand-drive versions are also available for fleet utility service. A Columbia Edition option package is also new for 2004.

By purrfectlaura - September 12 - 10:00 amI love my Jeep. The Khaki is awsome! LOve the ride. HATE the gas eco. what are they thinking. MOST OF ALL shop around and be picky. South Point in AUSTIN is not the place to buy, they are very sneaky and try to ri[p you off at every angle. I have lots of car buying experience being an auto buying and they were a great challange for me. But the Jeep itsself is great. Go with hard top the soft tops rot pretty quick and are noisey. Besides the hard top you can take off and throw on a bikini top.

By biarritz84 - September 5 - 10:00 amWent to dealership with my mother and we was going to purchase 2 of these new Unlimiteds, thought buying 2 of them we could get some kind of a deal...WRONG!! Salesman said the best I can do is sticker price so he lost 2 cash sales. I went to the Chevy dealer in the same auto mall and got a new Monte Carlo LS. My mother got her Unlimited and is very happy with it and Im happy for her. I loved it myself but not that much.

By Motoman - August 4 - 2:00 amI use this Jeep as intended. I tow, regularly go off roading and drive the wheels off the thing. The build quality is awfull! I have had problems with the water pump, several vacuum hoses, the steering, the transmission, the stereo/subwoofer,and the wiper motor. The dealers cant really fix the stuff because the replacement assemblies are the same poor quality units the Wrangler is built with. The finish on the body, hatch hinges, wheels is not durable at all. The fuel economy is poor for a small SUV. Never better than 16 mpg. With all this time the manufacturer has had to develop this vehicle, you still need the aftermarket to make it right.

By vivalafleur - July 31 - 10:00 amThe Jeep Wrangler X is far from a luxury vehicle, and someone who is planning on purchasing one should know this. That said, there are few cars out there you will find more fun than a Jeep. Fuel economy isnt great, especially with larger tires and other off-road upgrades, however those who own Wranglers are usually a different breed of consumer, and the pleasure of having a Jeep of their own is worth more than any $2.00 a gallon gas guzzler. Overall a fun car, and I think everyone should have one, at one time or another.

By joyal - June 23 - 2:00 ampeople that dont own wranglers are doubtful - doubtful that a convertible is warm enough in the winter - well, its been in the negative temps for two weeks straight and i can honestly tell you, my jeep starts every morning and takes less time than our other vehicles to warm up. people are doubtful they are safe - we live in the snow belt of upstate new york, it is very rare, in fact i have never seen a jeep wrangler in a ditch, usually it is the wrangler pulling another vehicle out. i am 40 years old and have owned two wranglers, i will never be happy without one.

If you are looking for the Jeep that is a smooth quiet ride the wrangler is not a good choice---I have had a Jeep Wrangler for the last 6 years and love it. This is a very fun car and very safe...I had an accident with a brand new lexus, $47,000 in damage to their car and I think $6,000 damage to my Jeep.

By Qhristion - June 12 - 10:00 amOverall is a great Jeep! I enjoy having the top and doors off during the summer. Its good on gas and has good power. The ride is very good for a jeep as many friends told me. It has great power and very good on gas. Great car for the outdoor type!
