Overview & Reviews
The 2007 Jeep Compass is an all-new small SUV. Unlike most of Jeep's products, the Compass is meant almost exclusively for street duty.
- Comfortable seats, low price, cool gadgets, drives with the agility of a small car.
- Interior is a study in hard plastic with questionable fit and finish, slow acceleration on 4WD models with the CVT, below-average cargo room.

Great value. Safe vehicle! - 2007 Jeep Compass
By JAMIE - July 12 - 4:56 pmThis car was an accident magnet. I had 4 accidents in 3 years and one of them was a $16,800 repair (the only one that was my fault). I have to say though, I FEEL SAFE IN THIS VEHICLE! I hit a median on I-78 going about 65 miles an hour and did a double 360 degree spinout, all airbags deployed and I didnt have a scratch on me! The Jeep was a total loss because of the wheel but the body barely had any damage (only a few dents). I was shocked when they said how much damage it had. The only beef I have with this ride is the pickup but it is only a 4 cyl and it is 4x4 so you cant have everything.

Just Purchase My First Jeep - 2007 Jeep Compass
By Frank Freeman - May 3 - 11:13 amI think Jeep made a gigantic step forward in the design of the 2007 Compass. Until I saw and researched the feature of the 2007 Compass, I always thought the Jeep was an off road vehicle. I never liked its design, because it reminded me of a box. I realize that most Jeep models are primarily an off the road vehicle, and that the design has remained the same for years. So, I understand why some buyers are shocked to see a Jeep with a modern design, with its primary use on the highway. It is great for for those of us who live in the snow country, and yet want a family car. It would be my hope that the Jeep designers continue their forward thinking.

A Great Crossover - 2007 Jeep Compass
By DWH - March 6 - 4:40 amI have had my Compass for two months and have 3,000 miles on it. So far the vehicle is everything that I expected. I enjoy the ride, handling, and the fuel economy. While some have said that it isnt a true Jeep it is to me. I knew when I bought it that it was designed for the road but how many of us truly run a Jeep off road.
