This Year's Model Updates:

The G35 is Infiniti's new entry-level luxury sport sedan. Aimed at buyers who would otherwise choose an Audi A4, BMW 3 Series or Lexus IS 300, the G35 offers impressive performance and comfort for a price that's less than most of the competition's.

Pros:
  • Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
Cons:
  • No manual transmission available yet for the sedan, average interior material quality.

  • Still love my 2003 G35 Coupe - 2003 Infiniti G35

Back in 2002, I was in the market for a new car and had read about the Infiniti G35 sedan. Test drove the sedan and loved it, then saw the photos of the upcoming coupe. I am so glad I waited for the coupe. I purchased mine in October 2002, so it was one of the first G35 coupes sold in my state. It was amazing to drive such a head turner back then, and I love it still. Every time I see it, I recognize again how beautiful it is. I do take care where I park, etc., so it is pristine. Yes, Ive had some electrical issues (A/C - stereo control, windows), but for a 9 year old car with 86K miles, its been a good value. Love my 2003 G35 coupe!

  • Its a great car to drive! - 2003 Infiniti G35

The Infiniti G-35 is a great car to drive. I do alot of driving on a daily basis, and wanted something with some pickup for entering freeways. This car does not disappoint! I am still learning to use the manual shift, but the automatic has more than enough power. I have only had to change the oil and rotate the tires on this car. I just hit 20,000 miles. It handles grat on the road and is quiet, and has a smooth ride. I was looking at the Lexus and BMW and this war was far more appealing. The Bose stereo system is awesome!

A truly fantastic car inside and out. The looks are extraordinary and performance and handling are excellent. A lot of fun to drive. A real"Headturner"

awesome ride - great cornering, great stereo, great 18" wheels all at a bargain price for this quality and performance - tried to upgrade the styling and it needs nothing - from chrome exhaust to headlights to wheels

I enjoy driving this car. It makes you feel young again! My wife says Im too old for this car and should drive a more conservative car (I also own a BMW 540i).

I have both the g35 coupe and the 350z and i stand strongly behind the vq engine. If you want to have fun while driving, you need torque, something bmw and acura dont give you and something Benz gives you but at a high price. Test drive the car before deciding.

  • Good engine - but issues are usually expensive - 2003 Infiniti G35

11 yrs and 135,000 kms basic city use. Durable, however these are the issues that are costly. 1. Brakes - they wear out quicker than most cars and are expensive. 2. Radio/AC malfunction in most models is a costly dealer repair. 3. Some oil leak issues are common 4. Self repairs are not easy for this model, replacing the battery and headlights etc. Otherwise this model is satisfactory for a durable engine and I would rate it a 7/10 for satisfaction.

  • Awesome!!! - 2003 Infiniti G35

Been shopping for A6, BMW 330, and C320. After took a test drive of G35, decided to buy it on the same day. My wife and I have been driving A4 and BMW 325 for 5 years. The G35 is perfectly a match-up for any German Sport Sedans. This car really kicks ass. Those German cars are over-rated.

  • REview from Vancouver BC - 2003 Infiniti G35

This car replaces a BMW 750iL, so it is being compared to one of the best vehicles available. We wanted something smaller, so compared to the 5-series and 3-series BMWs amongst others. The G35 won handily, in terms of fit & finish, performance for price, and handling. Love the steering, braking, and 0-60 performance. It is equal to a BMW 540, which cost $35k more in Canada. (Yes I have owned a 1997 540 in the past)
