Overview & Reviews
Sedans get standard heated outside mirrors, heated front seats and, on leather-equipped six-speed models only, a four-way power passenger seat and a limited-slip differential. Other changes include a standard tire-pressure monitoring system, Low Emissions Vehicle status and a revised front console with an additional cupholder on leather-equipped six-speed coupes. 2004 also sees the addition of an all-wheel-drive sport sedan to the G35 lineup.
- Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
- Average interior materials quality, touchy brakes.

The nosiest car I have ever had - 2004 Infiniti G35
By jjmess - August 14 - 6:16 amFor the first 2 months, its fun to drive. Then the nightmare begins. Theres always some noise here & there. The dealership couldnt fix the problem. When the mileage goes to around 12,000, every time I drive the car, I feel like I was riding in a train. My husband & I basically cant talk while driving because of the great noise. Then theres the drivers seat track. Around 20,000, we had problems adjusting it. Thank God its still under warranty, and the dealer changed it for us. Overall, after having an Accord, BMW, Subaru. Believe me, Im glad its time to return the car. Because its the NOISIEST car I have ever had. jjmess

Fun, but some issues - 2004 Infiniti G35
By G35 coupe owner - August 7 - 3:30 pmThe car is a ton of fun to drive. The stereo has some issues and doesnt work well in the winter. Ive had to checked multiple times, but they cant seem to get it right. Brembo brakes are great, but plan on getting them changed every 30k miles (and can run upwards of $3k every time). Tires wear easily and need replacement often. Car is frightening to drive during the winter.

Geez! 35 - 2004 Infiniti G35
By RichatChase - July 30 - 10:00 amI cant tell you enough about my new car. It is luxury and performance rolled up in one. Stylish enough to be seen in a suit and tie, yet it turns all the heads of the cute girls. I can put my twin boys in the back and they can cruise with dad or take my wife out for a dressy night on the town. Fast, fun and yet with a large enough back seat to remain practical. You just gotta drive one to fall in love with it. Dont buy the automatic though. It takes half the fun away even though it comes with triptonic shifting.

Im still in awe - 2004 Infiniti G35
By Catrina Lyn - July 18 - 2:00 amI have owned my car for almost 18 months now and I am still in love with it. For the first time ever I dont have car envy wishing I had bought something different/better. The car is a dream to drive and even though Im borrowing from a SAAB commercial, when I am in my G35 there is a direct connection between my right foot and a smile.

My 5th Infiniti - 2004 Infiniti G35
By myi30t - July 18 - 2:00 amI love this car. I have had 5 Infinitis now, including this one. They have been a 1992 Q45, (2) 1998 I30t models (one got totaled) and a 2001 I30t. My 2004 G35 Sport is the best yet. Even though I did not go with the Premium pkg, The car still is very well equipped and has everything that I need. I even added the optional Satellite radio---definately worth it. This car handles like it is on rails and has excellent performance. I have had absolutely no problems with it and have recommended it to many people.

In Love with my Wild Thing! - 2004 Infiniti G35
By SeabrookSusy - July 18 - 2:00 amOrdered this lovely vehicle in July; didnt take ownership until late September, but can honestly say its the finest automobile I have ever driven and/or owned! Superb handling, awesome control, amazing acceleration, but mostly, without a doubt the most beautiful vehicle around! And, there is one more facet that no one else discusses: the G-35 Coupe has an acceptable rear seat that my 99 year old father (literally!) can climb in and out of easily!!! Thanks Infiniti! You did it this time!

3rd Infiniti Ive owned - 2004 Infiniti G35
By M Roberts - July 18 - 2:00 amI have driven the I30T for 4 years, the QX4 for 4 years and now the G35, I love this car, a lot of people said Id hate a car after the QX4 I love it, the ride is incredible, the car is very comfortable and the acceleration is priceless. Being from the north I have been very pleased with the way the G35 handles in the snow and ice. Would not want to be driving anything else.
