Overview & Reviews
The G35 is Infiniti's new entry-level luxury sport sedan. Aimed at buyers who would otherwise choose an Audi A4, BMW 3 Series or Lexus IS 300, the G35 offers impressive performance and comfort for a price that's less than most of the competition's.
- Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
- No manual transmission available yet for the sedan, average interior material quality.

Dont miss my 540i - 2003 Infiniti G35
By bentrodri - October 13 - 10:00 amHad initial hesitation about going from a 540i to the G35. Had to get used to a new torque curve, but this is a quick car. Dealer experience is wonderful, especially after the arrogant BMW sales and service. Dont miss the $1000 repair bills either. Do miss the wider tires but the G35 handles well. Looked at the LS v-8 and CTS, but there was nothing even close, dollar for dollar.

lemon car - 2003 Infiniti G35
By jennifer h - October 10 - 12:16 amwhen i bought my car it had 27,000 miles on it. it has been in the shop over 30 times in 9 months. it has had numerous electrical problems, paint peeling off the bumpers ( and they wont do anything to help you), transmission problems, window constatly creaking ( in shop 5 times for this alone), and of course the big one the breaks. i have been told by infiniti itself that you have to replace the breaks and the rotors every 9,000 miles and it cost 500-600 dollars just for the front braking system. the brakes stop fast but it makes a noise that kills your ears and also is head turning because it is so loud. i wish that i kept my ford mustang cobra.....

Love to drive it- it spoils me - 2003 Infiniti G35
By G35Enthusiast - October 7 - 2:00 amThis car has a lot of get up and go. It always reponds to the driver and makes the driver feel like he is one with the road.

Nice to Have - 2003 Infiniti G35
By Crustie - October 1 - 2:00 amOverall the G35 is a nice car to have and very fun to drive. I have had several compliments on the exterior and interior of the car. There are many compartments to store maps, CDs, etc. It is really nice to have the speed to drop the hammer when you want/need to. The controls on the steering wheel are very useful and erogonomic.

Great styling, poor quality - 2003 Infiniti G35
By Mark UK - October 1 - 2:00 amThis is a good car to drive, comfortable with great performance. I love the styling, inside and out. However the interior build quality is very poor, I have more rattles and squeeks than I can count, one plastic panel inside is falling off, the sunroof makes a loud clonk when I go around a sharp corner. Mechanically its been Ok so far, dealer is also very helpful.

Great car for the price - 2003 Infiniti G35
By m1nuterice - September 29 - 10:00 amI just got this car 3 days ago and so far its been a great car. Personally I think the exterior styling is great (the taillights might be a little too big) however the interior could be a little better but then a car like this for 30K you cant ask for everything. The car performs similar to my friends 528 and 330 but the one that stands out is almost always the BMW. However, the BMW almost always cost about 7k to 10k more then the G35 and if money was not an issue then you wouldnt be looking at either of these cars. Bottom line, for around 30k - 36k loaded, you cant find a better car.

The Most Complete All-in-One - 2003 Infiniti G35
By bought - September 27 - 8:50 amAlot of people try to find a car within the confines of the 30k range. The wait is over. This car is the complete package and you get the performance (260hp+) and styling (if you dont mind the rear-end) rolled into one. Mind you, the rear end is better justified when viewed in person. The car handles great on turns and the rwd is just awesome to play around with on the streets. The furl economy is better than average for an engine with a monster 3.5L, nonethess anything below the 20mpg seems a bit steep these days as gas has gone up.

There is No Substitute! - 2003 Infiniti G35
By droptop34 - September 12 - 10:00 amThis is pound for pound the best luxury sport sedan on the market for the best price, and the best deal between the sedan and the coupe. Mainly b/c if you buy the 6-speed, sport suspension/wheels/tires are included. This is the best feeling, best handling car Ive ever driven. Perfect combination of comfortable yet truly sportscar ride. Every creature comfort you could think of, and some you wouldnt, is included. Plenty of cupholders, leg room/headroom, storage compartments, 2 glove boxes, huge trunk, plenty of airbags. Infiniti outdid themselves all the way around. If I were an exec at BMW Id be firing some design and marketing people.
