  • The cheaper fun factor! - 2004 Infiniti G35

Owned 1999 BMW 323 sport and 2002 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro. Ever since AWD Ive been addicted... The car is fun to drive! This blows away may my previous vehicles for fun to drive (acceleration) though the 323 did handle tighter. Highway experience is much more enjoyable than the others. Unfortunately it will be to the dealers the third time in the first month of ownership - thus confirming JD powers low score - I wish it came out earlier as I may have paused to buy the 2005 version instead (assuming that they learned from the past). Issues after 1 month: XM receiver will be replaced twice. Doors rattles (speaker loose and cables rubbing) 3 times in s

There is no way to truely describe how great this car is. I am a very level headed person, but I just lose it everytime I get in and drive. It is my dream car. I looked at everything, I wanted something fast (giddy up!), fun, and sporty. I wanted luxury... but darn it I wanted value too! I looked at BMW, Lexus, the Crossfire, Mercedes... in the theme of fun I test drove an Audi TT. I started my hunt for a car over a year ago. I didnt want ANY regrets, and not a drop of buyers remorse. There was no question in the end... this car has more of everything and the price is great. I am in heaven!!! Black with willow interior (Oh baby watch out!).

  • KEEP AWAY! BAD BRAKES! - 2004 Infiniti G35

Trust me. This car is a nightmare with the brakes. If you dont believe me, research all of the comments online. We have had the car for 5 years, and have replaced the brakes 5 times! EVERY YEAR!! The car only has 52,000 miles on it. Every time you have to replace the brakes/rotors it is $500. I want to get rid of this lemon!!!!

  • A real value - 2004 Infiniti G35

A great introduction to luxury vehicles; my previous car was a Maxima. In comparison to the other vehicles the G35 is compared to, its a great buy. I have actually had this car since August 2002. It doesnt have the stigma of other more expensive cars, so I can drive it without the petty jealously of others.

  • Wolf in Sheeps Clothing - Real bargain - 2004 Infiniti G35
    By -

Many reviewers have called the G35s simple, conservative lines boring. This Clark Kent / Superman dual personality has infinite appeal to me. The G35 has clean, classic European teutonic lines with Japanese utilitarian overtones. Its appearance carries simple, understated elegance among the crowd of cars of its class. But more important is the wolf in sheeps clothing that appears when its driven. This car is just plain fun to drive, responding quickly to every demand with appropriate handling reflexes and accelerator responsive steering. It clearly outaccelerates almost every car in its class and returns to zero with alacrity.

I spent 2 weeks shopping. I looked at offerings from BMW and Acura and after driving the G35, I bought it right away. My previous car was a WS6 Trans- Am so I felt right at home with the power of the G35.

  • G35x - Great Ride - 2004 Infiniti G35

Simply put this car is a great ride. Whether its the performance of the powerful 260 HP V6 with AWD or the comforts of the Premium package and the Navigation system - this is an extremely fun car to drive!

  • Great G35 - 2004 Infiniti G35

I have only had my car for 3 months but it has preformed very well so far and I expect it to continue. I have had no problems to date. The only negative thing I can say is that the passenger seat back rattles in certain positions with no one sitting in it. The rattle can be eliminated by changing position. The mileage for a 1000 mile trip was 25.5 mpg with just 1500 miles on the odometer.
