Overview & Reviews
Sedans get standard heated outside mirrors, heated front seats and, on leather-equipped six-speed models only, a four-way power passenger seat and a limited-slip differential. Other changes include a standard tire-pressure monitoring system, Low Emissions Vehicle status and a revised front console with an additional cupholder on leather-equipped six-speed coupes. 2004 also sees the addition of an all-wheel-drive sport sedan to the G35 lineup.
- Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
- Average interior materials quality, touchy brakes.

excellent car! - 2004 Infiniti G35
By snave - July 21 - 10:00 amI have had the car for 7 months and love it! The car is fully loaded, the NAV system comes in handy and I love how it pops out of the dash. The car drives very well and handles ok in the snow. The fact that it is a RWD and an automatic make it scary sometimes.

G35 Coupe - In a class by itself! - 2004 Infiniti G35
By bossfan7 - July 2 - 9:25 pmFantastic car! Impeccable style, power, performance and value. These cars hold their own mixing with the exotics prowling South Florida. At $10-$12K current prices its a steal to get so much car for the money!

the unexpected - 2004 Infiniti G35
By lesliep - June 25 - 10:00 amI was sort of looking for a new car to replace a 93 Miata. I also have a 86 Porche for weekend driving. When I visited the some Infiniti dealers I was shocked by the jackup in prices (Jan 03). The Glendale Infiniti dealer was a welcome change from that. Since I was not pressed to get the car I made a statement; "If you can find a G35 coupe, with an exact list of extras, but NO gps Ill buy it for MSRP". At this point 5K$ premium was usual. In two (!) days I got a call that they had the car. Was I suprized, the reason for the title. An hour or so later I was at Glendale Infiniti and buying it. There was at least two other people ready to buy it.

Too stiff to ride - 2004 Infiniti G35
By chris19890101 - June 23 - 3:46 pmHave owned this car for almost 5 years now. Cant wait to get rid of it. Ride is too stiff to get comfortable. Driving on a bad road is a nightmare. The interior seems to fall apart every time car goes over a bump. Not to mention rattle sound made by interior plastic. Performance is ok. Other than that, this car stinks. Wouldnt buy this car ever again.

Love this car!! - 2004 Infiniti G35
By Patty Brook - June 12 - 2:00 amI shopped for a year before purchasing the G35. I looked at the Nissian 350Z, and the BMW. I am a former owner of 2 Lexus GS 300s. I am so impresssed with the G35! It is a lot of car for the money. The performance is wonderful! I love the sporty feel of the car. So far Im sold!

Go for it!!! - 2004 Infiniti G35
By Bagpiper - June 12 - 2:00 amIm not an automotive genius, but, I love this car. Excellent acceleration. Most importantly, as a physician, I needed reliability in the snow. We got hit hard this winter and it didnt stop the car. Wasnt sliding like my last car which was FWD. It has a smart looking exterior and interior. If you wanted that 350Z, but have a family, well......LOL. People here have complained about the interior materials. The interior looks fine to me--its not Mercedes, so I didnt expect titanium and mahogany.

My Coupe - 2004 Infiniti G35
By bun84067 - June 8 - 10:00 amAs soon as I saw the car I knew I wanted it. I loved the look of the 350Z but needed a backseat. The G35 gives me a nice look with a decent- sized interior. The car has plenty of power. I got the automatic, for convenience, and now wish Id chosen the manual. The car lags a little when you "romp" on the gas, as it down-shifts. The steering responds nicely, but theres a fair amount of body roll when turning with speed. The interior is OK. I find the seats very comfortable.

Fun automobile - 2004 Infiniti G35
By JohnNC - June 2 - 10:00 amIve owned a number of sports cars, and this the most fun, best handling, and has exceptional all around perfomance. This without sacrificing comfort as with most sports cars.
