This Year's Model Updates:

The G35 is Infiniti's new entry-level luxury sport sedan. Aimed at buyers who would otherwise choose an Audi A4, BMW 3 Series or Lexus IS 300, the G35 offers impressive performance and comfort for a price that's less than most of the competition's.

Pros:
  • Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
Cons:
  • No manual transmission available yet for the sedan, average interior material quality.

  • The 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe - Excellent Car, Loads of Fun - 2003 Infiniti G35

I traded my Lexus IS300 in for my 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe. The only thing that I miss about the Lexus is its stereo. The G35 is like driving a video game simulator. It just gets up and goes, at any speed. When I first drove it, it felt like it was always in a lower gear. The torque is awesome. Going around corners is as exciting as driving a go-cart. The seats are extemely comfortable. I have gone on 2,000 miles round trips with no problem. The stereo really needs to be be upgraded though. My Honda Accord sounds better. This is a simple car in every sense of the word. It works. And I cant wait to go somewhere.

  • G35 the right choice!!! - 2003 Infiniti G35

I was in the market for a sports sedan. I tested the Audi A4, Lexus IS300, BMW 330ci. I was lost in trying to make a desicion until I drove the G35. WOW! this car is awesome!!. Every time that I drive it, I like it more and more! I feel great with the choice I made. Definitely much better that the Audi and IS300. The G35 and the 330 are very equal car but with the extra ponies and the 6k or more price difference the G35 is a no brainer. By the way in the corners it sticks like glue to the ground!!!

  • Why not Infiniti? - 2003 Infiniti G35

Like all the other owners, we shopped the sports sedan market. The look and performance wins and ends all discussions about the "best sports sedan". This car truly wins the Bang for the Buck IMO. My wifes G35 looks great parked next to my 02 6-spd Maxima.

  • Best sporty car Ive owned - 2003 Infiniti G35

Ive had the car about 6 weeks and just passed all 1s (1,111) on the odometer. Have gotten more favorable comments about this car than any Ive ever owned. Great fun to drive, and the power is really a kick in the pants. Ive always wanted sportiness with a hint of practicality, and I think the G35c has it.

  • Good, But No BMW - 2003 Infiniti G35
    By -

I own a 2004 G35 and a 1999 BMW 323i. The G35 is faster, smoother, more comfortable driving around town, and more comfortable on a long road trip. The G35 is also roomier, has a larger trunk, and a better stereo. However, the BMW is more fun. The BMW handles better, has more comfortable seats, and it makes you feel like driving faster in all situations because it is easier to control. Overall, the G35 is a better luxury car, the BMW is a better sports sedan.

THE CAR HAS ONLY 200 MILES ON IT AND EVERYTIME , I TAKE HER OUT FOR A DRIVE THERE ARE MORE THINGS TO LOVE ABOUT THE WAY SHE DRIVES AND HANDLES.

  • Still Not a BMW or a Lexus - 2003 Infiniti G35

Nissan/Infinity needs to do some work, but is slowly getting there with the G35. I cannot figure out how the engines in the sedan and the coupe differ? Crafty Nissan/Infinity marketing explains the difference of 20 hp between the sedan and the coupe. This is also the same engine as the 03 Nissan Z and the 03 Nissan Altima 3.5. Nissan uses the same engines and expects the public to believe they are somehow different? No amount of "tweaking" the air intake or the exhaust can illicit an extra 20 hp! Who are they fooling?
