This Year's Model Updates:

The G35 is Infiniti's new entry-level luxury sport sedan. Aimed at buyers who would otherwise choose an Audi A4, BMW 3 Series or Lexus IS 300, the G35 offers impressive performance and comfort for a price that's less than most of the competition's.

Pros:
  • Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
Cons:
  • No manual transmission available yet for the sedan, average interior material quality.

I suddenly find myself not arguing with the wife about running out for milk or ice cream. Id like to take a day off from work just to run this mutha. Once I saw the price I knew that Id found my true soulmate. If you buy a Beemer instead just to say you have a Beemer, yousa fool.

I drive stick shifts, period. After testing a range of European sticks, and liking best the Audi S4 but despising the steep prices of the lot. On a whim, I cruised by Infiniti in my I30 after another test. Heck, might as well take the G35 for a spin, though the sorry thing--I thought--offered no manual option. If I could be typing this from my G I would, because its that good. The five-speed tiptronic thrills this stick-meister. The shift from 3rd to 4th will lose any 4-speed auto out there, regardless of engine size. The G WILL propel you to 140mph in a half- mile and beat (if you can drive) any comers, from Beamers to V8s at the light. With grace.

Who can pass up the beautiful, contemporary styling of this car?!?! Now, add to that the superb perfomance of the 260HP VQ engine and the incredible handling of this vehicle and Ive gotten everthing Ive wanted in a car! I cant say enough about how this car moves down the road with such aplomb! And, you will be amazed at the number of people who stop to ask you about your car, so be ready!

I did not want another crappy front driver and I waited after hearing of the performance. I was rewarded-you bet ya. It is fun to blast Bimmers and the local street racers. My only complaint is the drivers seat sits too high. I got it with winter pack & premium, also added aero. The dealer cut a good deal- no games just a price that was $1800 below the MSRP. The Bose stereo sounds great-better than others have stated and finish and quality of all partsis great. I hope everyone has a much fun as I am having. I am a 6 footer and the car fits me just fine-rear seat can be a bit tight behind me.

THE REASON IM ON THIS SITE IS TO SEE IF I CAN SELL IT AND BREAK EVEN... RECALLS, OMINOUS SQUEEKING IN A WHEEL THAT SERVICE WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE, A DASH BOARD THAT IS FALLING OUT OF THE FRAME, PLASTIC ON PLASTIC CREAKING, INSTRUMENT PANEL "GLASS CRACKING, TRIM FALLING OFF COMPLETELY, ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND TRULY OPEC-PLEASING GAS EFFICIENCY...BUT ITS BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT!

This car will get lots of attention and admiring glances, even from cops. Ive driven mine for six months and have had no problems whatsoever. It has scary power and handles like a dream. The only car I drove (and I tested a bunch) that compared was the BMW 330 and that cost a lot more and didnt look as good. Besides, in the G35 you dont see yourself coming and going like you do in the BMW. The back seat is actually usable and the sport styling doesnt suffer because of it. Handling and power are the biggest pros. No real cons.

I had this car for about 1.5 month now and for a sport car, at that price, I couldnt be more happier.

Ive had my g35 coupe since January. The Obsidian Black is just a flat out beautiful car. What a blast to drive. Ive driven a 330 coupe for the past year, and I have absolutely no regrets in choosing this car over the BMW. Cant tell you how many heads the car turns every time I take it out of the garage. And the car performs and handles as good, if not better than the BMW. Every time I take it out, I find the long way home just to get a few extra minutes driving it.

I always thought a car was four wheels and an engine. Not anymore! This is such a fun car to drive. It handles like a dream and those 260 horses are ready when I am. It hugs the road even at high speeds. When I tell my friends that I bought the G35 they all say they have heard great things about the car and my friends that have actually seen the car go nuts. They want one too! In the past 10 days I have driven from LA to San Diego, Morro Bay and La Jolla. What a ride!

The performance on this car is incredible. The G35 is by far the most exciting car in its class. The handling is superb and the acceleration and passing power are incredible for a car of this price. This is my second Infiniti and while my first one (I30) was somewhat dull, the G35 is totally exciting to drive and look at. If it is as reliable as the I30, the G35 will be the perfect combination of performance and price.
