  • My 4th Nissan product - 2004 Infiniti G35

My first car out of college was a Datsun 310, then a 240sx,then a Maxima and now the G35x. I never had any problems with the others and dont expect any from this one. I have had American cars for company cars and I have yet to find one I would buy. I traded in a Solara Covt for the G35x and I can really tell a difference. The Toyota is a great cruiser but has no personality. I love the performance, ride, and looks of my new Infiniti and look for reasons to drive it.

This car is Great. I love driving it all the time, and everytime I or someone very convincing drives it theres a smile on ones face. This car is addictive and seems to enjoy being driven hard and aggressive. I cant stop smiling when I drive or even think about it.

Super performance. 350Z in four doors. Will meet or beat almost any sports sedan / most sport coupes under $40k in all performance categories. Acceleration, braking, handling, and comfort are superior to any in class, including BMW 330, Audi A4, Cadillac CTS, Mercedes C320, Acura TL, Saab 93, Lexis IS300. Great price for all of this power and luxury. The most original styling in its class.

  • Great car!! Fun to Drive!! - 2004 Infiniti G35

A pleasure to drive. The handling is super. I just wish there were more windy/hilly roads in Indianapolis. The sport suspension package gives this car the extra handling ability and its power really makes a difference when needed. The styling is beautiful. None of the other luxury sedans have anything comparable. I test drove used (2 - 3 yrs) Mercedes 240, Lexus E300, Jaguar X-Type, and Volvo 50 series and the G35 was hands- down better.

The brakes are terrible and wear prematurely most G35s. This is a safety hazard. Infiniti blames this on the driver, not bad design or parts. They do nothing after the sale to help the consumer. Certainly not up-to-par with the BMWs, Mercedes or Jaguars. Dealer service is horrific. Cheap plastic interior parts and chipping external paint liken this car to a Kia.

  • G35 Greatness!!! - 2004 Infiniti G35

The Infiniti G35 Sports Coupe is just a blast to drive! And its fast too! It may be the greatest sports coupe ever made, and its definitely the best sports coupe out there today. This car is definitely a "guy" car that gets so many looks and compliments! A brawny 280 hp engine, sleek and sporty design, and Infiniti quality and customer service are all bundled in a mid $30K package, which is about $7K less than a BMW 330ci. For the price, the Infiniti G35 Sports Coupe is quite a steal - better get yours today. It is the best car I have ever owned.

  • Do yourself a favor and drive this car! - 2004 Infiniti G35

First off the car is very solid and well built. The car handles with the precision of a Acura NSX, and the Brembo brakes are exceptional. The interior is nicely appointed and the leather seats are very supportive. The shifter is a bit notchy, but gets easier the more you drive the car.Fit and finish are excellant and the styling is wonderful.I love this car.I dont miss my C5 Corvette at all!

  • Brakes, comfort & road noise - 2004 Infiniti G35
    By -

Im not a car buff but I find the brakes on this car to be a bit touchy. They seem to grab too quickly giving a jerky braking motion. This car is meant for 4 passengers, not 5. It also becomes uncomfortable to drive for long periods of time. And road noise!! It is the worst I have ever experienced. I thought my previous car, the Chevy Impala was loud, but this car is even worse. Going 70 on a highway one cant even hear what the other is saying without having to talk loud and when it rains the noise is deafening. My car does come with a sun roof.. perhaps that is why it is loud when it rains, but I also had a sunroof in my Impala and It was not loud like this one.

  • Fun to drive G35 - 2004 Infiniti G35

After having a very bad experience with a new Acura, this Infiniti model has not let me down. Other than the fact the the more fun you want the more you pay in gas bills, this car is the best that I have ever owned!!! The 6 speed manual cannot be beat. I only wish tha I could hear the motor a litle more during excelleration.
