Sedans get standard heated outside mirrors, heated front seats and, on leather-equipped six-speed models only, a four-way power passenger seat and a limited-slip differential. Other changes include a standard tire-pressure monitoring system, Low Emissions Vehicle status and a revised front console with an additional cupholder on leather-equipped six-speed coupes. 2004 also sees the addition of an all-wheel-drive sport sedan to the G35 lineup.

A Winner Once Again - 2004 Infiniti G35
By Paradox - September 28 - 10:00 amThe car is tight light fast and resposnsive. No squeaks or rattles and is a fun drive. The only drawback is that that the contols set on the doors are at a level that cuts into the leg at the angle and height they are fixed at.

1st Infinity - 2004 Infiniti G35
By Ct Husker - September 2 - 2:00 amThis car is a BMW & Audi killer! Its about the same size but much less expensive. It has power to spare! Pulls hard from zero to 100. It doesnt have the precise handling of German cars but its still excellent. The AWD feature works superb. Had a snow and ice storm last week and the car was fantastic! Even better than my 4Runner. Interior is good but should be upgraded. Controls are nicely mounted and easy to use. Love the radio and CD control on the steering wheel. Had an A4 AWD and the G35x is a lot more car for the money. You will never know youre driving an AWD car unless the weather is bad. Will it hold up? Ill let you know in about 25,000 miles.

Infiniti Scores Big - 2004 Infiniti G35
By playa350z - August 28 - 10:00 amThe 2004 Infiniti G35 is a remarkable car. I tested out the G35, 330i, A4, and TL and this vehicle was so much better. It has more power and the most stylish exterior and interior. The cabin is very quiet and smooth and the G35 can handle all the twists and turns. The AWD is very well and it handled very well in snow and rain and on dry bumpy surfaces. Its definetly the best Infiniti to date and the best in its class.

No regrets - 2004 Infiniti G35
By LSterling - August 28 - 10:00 amI traded a 01 BWM 330 for the G35 after having to take the BMW to the dealership quarterly for various problems. The interior of the G35 is somewhat cheap. Additionally, I had an interior rattle on delivery that took three trips to the dealership for service to settle. The exterior of the G35 coupe is beautiful. I have had multiple compliments on the car (silver w/18" wheels)at the gas station, grocery store, etc. I must admit I loved my BWM but was disappointed with it...in fact...the G35 came out the year I bought the BMW...but I wanted to wait until the bugs were worked out the system. So far...wish I had bought the G35 in the first place!

Its closest competitor is the BMW 3 series but it beats it in price by 6 thousand dollars (330i) as well as design.

Huge bang for the buck - 2004 Infiniti G35

Both cars need slight interior improvement (radio & A/C controls), but overall are extremely well built, reliable and fun to drive (the Coupe really excels here). It doesnt take much looking around to realize that both cars have no competition when it comes to value.

2004 - 9 years later (2013) - 2004 Infiniti G35
By ay9i - August 1 - 10:04 am4 vehicles in the household, BMW, Infiniti QX4, and 2 G35s - an 03 and 04. Have had many other brands. We have kept our G35s all these years as they are a wonderful blend of performance, appearance, and luxury appointments supported by an outstandingly reliable and safe, fun to drive sporty car with usable back seat and cargo/trunk. The only problems - ever - are minor electrical over 9 and 10 years. Door lock actuators on both cars failed ($150 ea) and radio/climate control head repair ($400) on the 04. Both vehicles have about 70k miles garaged but driven year round including rough Canadian winters. Simply unbeatable combination of value, quality, reliability, luxury and fun.

Excellent Deal - 2004 Infiniti G35

Have had the G35 for a month now without any little ussue. It is a fun to drive. Feels safe and comfortable. Acceleration and handling are great. Im a very happy customer.
