This Year's Model Updates:

The G35 is Infiniti's new entry-level luxury sport sedan. Aimed at buyers who would otherwise choose an Audi A4, BMW 3 Series or Lexus IS 300, the G35 offers impressive performance and comfort for a price that's less than most of the competition's.

Pros:
  • Powerful V6, balanced and capable handling, roomy cabin, reasonable price.
Cons:
  • No manual transmission available yet for the sedan, average interior material quality.

  • gotta drive this!! - 2003 Infiniti G35

wow - this car is seriously fun to drive. i traded in the four door after only four months - i think this car is way nicer to drive (although the four door is damn nice too). it drives and handles like a ture sports car. the seats hug you very comfortably, and the engine roars voraciously. peoples faces are fun to watch when i pull up next to them then speed off infront. took my girlfriend to the mini dealership next to bmw and boy were the sales men mad! all the customers at bmw went outside to look at my ride!!

This exceeds all expectations on how my dream car would drive. Its like it reads my mind and adds on feelings i never thought i would have attached to something without a soul. It feels like im in my own personal rocket. Ive recently test drove a 99 Lexus SC400 in which i thought would be the best choice but this car is more sportier and the quality of car and company is at least equal. My lease is up in april 03 on my 95 Range and i wanted a different feel and experience. Problems and sluggishness of my RR with an alluminum buick 4.0 engine are in my past now. I find self salivating not only while driving but when anticipate driving it aswell.oops there i go again :)

  • Better 350Z all the way - 2003 Infiniti G35

I ordered a 350Z base model and was waiting and waiting... looked on the net and saw the G35 and there was one to test drive. I thought it would give me an idea about how the Z would drive, but I never expected to be able to get this much more car for under 30k. I canceled my order for the Z and love the G. Look out BMW, this car is the real ultimite driving experence!

  • Happy buyer - 2003 Infiniti G35

I have owned a Lexus for many years, but became very unsatisfied with their cars and poor customer service. I looked at the SC430 and decided it was extremely overpriced and overrated. I looked at the 350Z, but still was not excited because of too many compromises. I then looked at the new Infiniti G35 coupe and began comparing. I bought the G35 coupe, with the manual 6 speed and leather package. It is an exceptional value. The quality of this Infiniti is much better than any Lexus I have owned. Also, the mark up is much smaller on the Infiniti, thus the resale price will be tremendously better. The G35 coupe has exceeded all of my expectations.

  • BadAss Sports Car - 2003 Infiniti G35

Just give a tiny bit more front room for bigger people. and upgrade the interior materials... too much plastic

  • Sweet ride.... with a lot of power - 2003 Infiniti G35
    By -

Just got a used 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan with GPS. The first thing I noticed is the strong brakes! They are much better than in the C-class. The second thing is the power. It is strong at ANY speed. The GPS is very nice; but it could be better (I think the respond time is on the slow side). The Bird-view is cool to look at, but it is essentially useless when you really need to look for something. The Bose sound system is nice, but not outstanding, and its layout is confusing. IMO, overall G35 is a the best valued car out there, and the second one is the TSX (in terms of what you get with your $).

  • BMW killer - 2003 Infiniti G35

I have had this car for 3 months now, and Im loving it. I test drove it back-to-back with the BMW 3-series, and this car blew away the Bimmer, both in terms of power and handling. And at the price-point, its a bargain. I get more comments about this car from strangers than I do from my Porsche.

  • Awesome, but wish I had Navigation Pkg - 2003 Infiniti G35
    By -

I have had my G35 for three months and still cant wait to go somewhere so I can drive it. I only wish I had paid the extra for the navigation package. I thought I would get an aftermarket navigation package, but they just dont compare to the factory version.

  • Fun Fast Car ! Great Value ! - 2003 Infiniti G35

From the time I took it for a test drive until today almost a year later...I love this car. Handling is comparable to the 330i but the car is bigger and easier to bring cargo when you have to bring the faimily ; ). For you northerners (Is that a word ??) This car handles qutie well in th snow. Add a little weight in the back and with the help of the slip control it is fine...better than my old Subaru ! Infiniti service has only been average to this point...but the car hasnt needed to go very often. If you do get one, Im sure youll enjoy it !!

  • And the results are in..... - 2003 Infiniti G35

Have 6MT CarrBlue and shift/clutch is smooth a butter. Reading the early reviews from the G35 websites caused me concern, but came to conclusion that alot of people had no clue how to drive a stick, given how mine has operated. Definitely a "head turner". Great torque at low rpm, relatively speaking.
