Love the car it rides like a caddy and gets great gas mileage. Problem with the tires on wet pavement when you accelerate

Was a loyal Toyota driver for +17 years; compared any/all aspects of Camry XLE V6 to the XG350L. XG proved superior on paper and in actuality; more std. features, less cost/more value, equivalent (if not better handling), better styling (Camry is bland!). XG350L has more torque/power at low speed; better drivability (tighter turn radius, less sway/roll), and phenomenal braking comparatively. To date no problems, rattles, wind noise, or performance issues. Highway driving is excellent/comfortable. High traffic (stop/go) is fine; acceleration, transmission, drive-by-wire aspects DO take some getting used to. Initially somewhat concerned/skeptical- now THE best choice by far!

THIS IS TRULY AN EXCELLANT AUTOMOBILE. THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED AND/OR DRIVEN. HANDLES WELL, ACCELLERATES WELL, IS VERY SMOOTH AND ALMOST SOUNDLESS.

  • Outstanding Value - 2004 Hyundai XG350

This is my first foreign car and so far im very impressed. I researched and test drove a lot of cars before I made this purchase and nothing came close to the XG with the styling, features and options for the price. It is very responsive with respect to handling and has teriffic acceleration.

  • Love my car - 2004 Hyundai XG350

I thought after driving an SUV I would never go back to a car. When I saw the XG 350, it was love at first sight. Then when I saw all the features and the comfort of driving it, the deal was sealed. No more fussing with my seat because my seat position is in memory. I also like the benefit of having a cassette and CD player. The car has great pickup and the mileage is somewhat better than the Escape but at leat the gas tank has a larger capacity. The XG 350 has a look and feel of luxury, especially when you sit in one of the front heated leather seats. All the controls are right where you would expect them to be.

  • Only a few improvements needed. - 2004 Hyundai XG350

After owning this car for only two weeks, Im very impressed over all. The styling is fantastic, Ive had numerous people come up and tell me it looks like a Lincoln from the front and a Jag from the back. Interior styling is top notch as well. Handles great and is very responsive although very touchy throttle response. Minor quirks would be that the automatic headlights come on way to quickly when going under an overpass, tree etc. Front seats, although moderately comfortable, need more padding.

  • A Great Value - 2004 Hyundai XG350

Did not know about this car before going to the dealer. Was impressed with interior comfort, decent power in V-6, long list of included options on L model (leather, etc.) and most of all - the value. Got this great car for almost $7k below sticker with the mnfr rebate. To get the same options on a Honda or Nissan youll have to pay around $7k more than what we paid. Its not sexy, but its a great car and if you can get past the Hyundai stigma youll feel the same way.

  • More than I expected! - 2004 Hyundai XG350

Whenever I can get the car from my wife to use in our carpool, I take it! Very comfortable and enjoyable ride. The transmission is easily confused as mentioned in other reviews but I have experienced Hyundai since the 1970s and they have really come a long way. Taking my XG in for its 6000 mile check this week; so far, no problems what-so-ever.

  • The Best 23K car thats loaded - 2004 Hyundai XG350
    By -

This car has been found to have alot of room & is very responsive on the Highway. It handles great- especially in the winter & the rainpuddles with the Traction Control featureI have found this car to bethe best for the DOLLAR when you concider that a car of = calibur will cost you at least 7K more for the same features- including the leather interior ! Super comfoftability with the power seats, especially on a long 5 hr trip- No fatigue experienced. Will Cruise comefortably @ 85 so use the speed control.
