Florida trip - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By Larry Hoskinson - September 2 - 6:36 pmWe purchased and drove our Tuson 1400 miles before we drove from Des Moines to Tampa. Driving to Tampa at an average speed of 65 to 70mph we got anywhere from 22 to 24 mpg, I hope to get at least 26 as it gets broke in. We are extremely pleased with the amount of interior space and with the quiality of the workmanship. The six cyl seems to have all the power we will need, I dont believe the engine is as quiet as a Highlander but then look at the difference in price and the warranty.

MY NEW TOY - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By Elliott - June 21 - 12:03 pmI just bought this car a few months ago. I had traded in a 98 hyundai elentra. This car fits my lifestyle perfectly cause of its comfort, reliability and sense of style. The leather seats are very comfortable and handling this vechicle is even easier than I thought it was going to be. The only downside to this is that this car gets very poor gas mileage. This vechicle is perfect for the person who wants more car for the money and you cant beat americas best warranty. All in all, this is one truly awesome vehicle and I would only purchase vehicles from Hyundai because nobody else even comes close to making better vehicles.

Great Buy. - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By rajiff - June 9 - 7:46 pmOverall I think its an excellent mid entry suv. Its defintely not the largest, but it does manage to be rather spacious and comfortable considering its smaller size. Not cramped like most small suvs. With all the standard features and optional upgrades, I think I made a great purchase.

Only if hell freezes over - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By wv driver - May 8 - 6:53 amOnly if hell freezes over will I ever buy another Hyundai. I purchased this vehicle new and the sales person knew that my work required a lot of travel. I bought it and like most people it was for the warranty, However I have learned buyer beware on that. the Maintenance schedule and cost are ridiculous, the mpg sucks. I have had to purchase two sets of tires because of wear, alignments were done each time. the ESP Light comes on and goes off whenever it likes, none of the Hyundai mechanics can seem to figure it out. the car has spent more time in the garage than on the road in my book. and hyundia usa customer service likes to pass the buck whenever possible.
