Better than the Santa Fe - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By Bobby Daminski - November 30 - 6:33 amI baught a Santa Fe in 03 and it seems that Hyundai corrected a lot of the things I didnt like about the Santa Fe with the Tucson. The advertised gas mileage is worse than the lie I told my wife when I was cheating on her. I average at best about 21mpg on the highway. Not what I expected. Nonetheless its looks sweet, rides sweet, and the chicks dig it.

what I needed in all my trips - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By Diane Noll - November 22 - 6:00 amI am very impressed with the ride, the comfort. It is big enough to fullfil all my needs, yet small enough to drive in busy traffic.busy streets. parking is easy. This is my first "suv". The more I drive it , The more I fall in love with it.

Poor resale /Trade-in value - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By K.Kennedy - November 21 - 1:43 amI love my Tuscon, but having a few problems, when you go through standing water you lose power steering and a battery light comes on. Scared I will lose control. Also off and on the power locks will not work have to unlock each door manually.

So far so good - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By smurfkiller - November 21 - 12:33 amSo far so good. We are coming up on 12,000 miles. I have had the vehicle for just about 5 months and have not had a bit of trouble. I drive it hard every day putting just about 100 miles on it every week day. I have a really bad back, and this thing is comfortable, easy to get into, and fun to drive.

tucson - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By jtr - October 24 - 8:16 amWith 3000 miles under its belt, the tucson is our favotite over our Lexus 300GT. Styling is the best in category, but still weak and overall guality is excellent. A great buy for the money!

Comfort and Style - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By Red - October 14 - 4:46 amComfortable ride! Its like sitting at home on my sofa. The independent 4 wheel suspension, leather seats, and low noise all add up to a smooth driving experience. The V6 engines performance is fine! Nobody buys one of these for a race car. Also, as a previous original owner of a 1989 Jeep Wrangler, and current owner of a 2000 Mustang, I have experienced many bumpy rides down the freeway during long vacation trips. We no longer have this inconvenience!

My Wifes Intro to Hyundai - 2005 Hyundai TUCSON
By Daniel R. Bruckner - September 6 - 10:23 pmI already owned a 2001 Hyundai Accent and I was impressed by its continuing reliability and economy. My wife was considering a small SUV and I suggested she look at the new 2005 Tucson from Hyundai. We took a test drive in a Nautical Blue Tucson and she was "sold" on its quality! Although we have been driving the Tucson less than one month, we are already impressed by its fuel economy and its sufficient (only 4 cylinder) power to access the Beltway ramps. Its like a small truck when we easily put down the rear seat (completely flat without having to remove the headrests) to carry lengthy cargo. You can truly do a tight U turn with this snappy little SUV!
