  • Drive One, youll love it. - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

There is just something about some cars that makes you want to have an excuse to drive them. The Hyundai Genesis sedan with the 4.6 V8 is one hell of a fun car to drive. The quality is equal to or better than our BMW and our previous car, an Acura. It also looks right at home at the Atlanta Athletic Club. Dont be a snob and discount this car because it is a Hyundai. Drive it and judge for yourself.

  • Super Car - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

Coming from a 2008 Lexus ES 350, which I really enjoyed, I really didnt know what to expect. I was more than pleasantly surprised! My phone paired very easily. The phone book downloaded and voice recognition of the phone book without training was very good. Very comfortable cabin, and despite what I had heard, I do not find a problem with interior noise. Because of the sports suspension, has a very nice "road feel". I am really enjoying the car.

  • Quicker than you think - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

This car is much quicker than you think. It is so smooth and quite that your speed builds extremely fast within a very few seconds. The Tech package is great. If you want a sports car dont buy this one. If you want a combination of luxury, power, comfort and tech features then this is the auto for you. The bang for the buck factor is off the charts. I ran it through our local drag strip at 13.8 sec @ 104.32 mph. Very impressive. I also went on vacation and averaged 28.5 on the highway! This is amazing for a 385 hp V8.

  • 2 for 1 - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

Budgeted $70-$80k. Looked @ Benz CLS550/Es/Cs, BMW 5s/3s & a few domestics. Hands down, for the money, this ones a "no brainer"! Fit, finish, performance and my family fits. Oh, & the bank acct is $30k better off - Ops - Priced so good in comparison, bought wife a loaded Nissan Murano with the difference!

  • Affordable luxury sedan - 2011 Hyundai Genesis
    By -

Its gentle ride and smooth engines cocoon the driver from the road. cabin of the Hyundai Genesis feels more luxurious than many similarly- priced cars from more traditional luxury brands. Inside, the Genesis seems more like a $50,000 competitor to the Mercedes-Benz E-Class than a $30,000 competitor to its less- luxurious C-Class cousin.

  • Best Buy out There - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

Drove 2000 miles immediately upon picking the car up at the dealer. Most of the miles were on interstate highways. On the last leg of our trip in 8 hours and a few minutes we averaged 66 mph and 28.5 mpg covering 530 miles! Different pavement surfaces did make different noises but nothing disturbing. We are enjoying the whole experience and were not surprised at all upon returning to find the October issue of Consumer Reports rates the car we bought as the Best of the Big Sedans. Buy one and youll be glad you did. We certainly are!!

  • Too much road noise - 2011 Hyundai Genesis
    By -

This car looks good, has very good road performance and is very nice except for the excessive road noise. We thought it was the Dunlop tires, but we put Michelin Pilot tires on and the car and it is so noisy you have to turn up the radio to cover up the sound. Be sure to drive on the interstate and not just the smooth roads the sales person directs you to or you might be unhappy with this car!

  • Great but - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

Some items have been overlooked in an otherwise great car. No mute button. No pedal adjustment. No outside temperature view. No power folding mirrors. Surround sound is not permanent selection. No 6 disc with navigation a few of the shortfalls

  • Traded 2009 3.8 to 2011 4.6 - 2011 Hyundai Genesis
    By -

I traded my 2009 3.8 Tech package for a 2011 4.6. I was very happy with the 2009 3.8, so Im a repeat buyer. I even got the same color - Titanium metallic. Beyond the beefier motor, the things that are pleasant enhancements in the new car are: - Adaptive Cruise control - Navigation and EIS seem snappier - Bluetooth - I was never able to download my address book in the 2009 3.8 - but it worked the first time in the 2011. (Windows Mobile 6.5 phone)

  • Love it! - 2011 Hyundai Genesis

So glad we chose this wonderful car. We traded in a 2008 BMW 328I for this and are so happy with the space, XM stereo, price and smoother ride.
