The Hummer H3 sees both aesthetic and functional changes for 2007. A new "H3X" trim level includes chrome accents (including front brush guard and wheels), embroidered headrests and unique colors. Stability control becomes standard, the engine becomes more powerful and the powertrain warranty is extended to five years/100,000 miles.
- Very capable off-road, smooth highway ride, stable handling, stylish interior with simple controls, comfortable seats.
- Tepid performance, low tow rating, lousy outward visibility for shorter drivers, below-average cargo space.

My Jeep with More Seats - 2007 Hummer H3
By Scott Vogt - November 11 - 11:18 amI have only owned my H3 for about a month but have already used it off- road and hwy driving. It is the most fun vehicle I have ever driven and to date as capable as my Jeep Wrangler that I had to trade. There are not many H3s in rural NE which makes it even more fun when you park it and everyone once to come get a look. I gave up cleaning the side windows for now due to the finger prints that always appear when I return. Fun to drive, fun to look at and capable of true offroad performance is what sets this apart from other vehicle in its class.

By Jerry - October 24 - 9:31 pmI dont know about all of you "Hotrodders" but I believe that people drive way too fast anyway, so to take a little more time getting up to 60 mph is not a problem for me and my wife. We love our Hummer H3, it really is impressive to drive and the turning radius is unbelievable (better than the S-10 I traded in and better gas mileage too). The size is great and people really take notice of the H3. I rate it "ONE FUN RIDE"

Fun On and Off-Road - 2007 Hummer H3

Off- road the H3 is equally impressive and handles great. All in all, I would say I am very pleased with my decision to go with the H3 over the Tahoe, 4- runner, or jeep grand cherokee. It is a far better buy. You get more options for less money as compared to all the other SUVs in its class. I would strongly reccomend going to your local dealer and have them take you on the obstacle course to show you just some of the things the H3 can do. If that doesnt convince you to go with the H3 over the tahoe or other SUVs then I dont know what will.

Great on and off the road. We actually have complete strangers stop and ask about our H3. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this vehicle to anyone. You wont find a better SUV out there, reasonably priced - and its made in America! We are thrilled with our purchase!

buy American? - 2007 Hummer H3

The trim, paint, body molding & overall fit are not what I expected for the top of the line limited H3X. Ill keep it if the weather requires emergency transportation. GM was going to offer after market kits to dress it up. I cant find any performance products that will fit. By the time I get this SUV set up the way I want. Ill just go back to Porsches SUV-S and drive.
