  Like my first Honda - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

  So far, so good. I have driven my new Honda Ridgeline RTL 1500 miles with no complaints. The interior room is excellent and more spacious than my Infinti G35. Horsepower is adequate for my driving style. This truck handles well, more like a car feel. For gas mileage, I cannot complain. On the highway I am averaging almost 20 miles per gallon. This is lower than the G35 but at least I can use regular gas in the Ridgeline. I noted some of the nice features and suggested imporvements. I would like to see improved are power passenger seats, automatic rear view mirror should be standard, thicker polymer used on bedliner, telescopic steering wheel would be nice. Price is the only major negative

  Gas Mileage - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

  A lot has been said about the poor gas mileage of The ridgeline. I have found this not to be true. In city driving (stop and go) I have been getting between 16 - 17.5 mpg. I just took it on a short road trip of 130 miles at the posted speed limit and got 23.76 mpg. I made it a point to fill it to the top on both fuel refills. I am very pleased with the mileage.

  The only thing I dont like is while backing up, maybe I will get used to it eventually. Else, its everything I expected it to be...

  Always wanted a truck, not for heavy hauling, off-road riding, but for everyday stuff like picking up yard supplies, moving household stuff, transporting my motorcycle, camping, maybe towing a small boat, bringing a big TV home, etc. Have tested other small to medium size trucks and was not sure if I could have them as daily drivers. Then this came along. Drove it for a while and I knew that this is what I had been waiting for! Not a SUPER HEAVY-DUTY TRUCK or a 4X4 DIRT DIGGER, or a 10-TON PULLER, but a more civilized truck that I can also use as a car. I have been driving it for over a month now and enjoying every minute. Thanks Honda for building what I was looking for.

  Have had the vehicle 3 mos. Great styling. Wonderful service dept. Makes long trips fun. Pulled a trailer to help kids move - didnt even notice it was there. The hidden trunk under the bed is very cool - nice secure storage while shopping. Also have used this trunk as an ice cooler for one of our family outings (filled it with ice and emptied the water when done). Decent gas mileage (21 on the road, 14- 16 in town). Tough purchase to beat.

  This truck is fun to drive, comfortable, roomy back seat, lots of storage compartments, excellent radio and CD sound.Especially the XM and CD.I like the chunky look. Comfortable seats.Wish back seats would recline though.Glad we bought it

  Just bought my new Ridgeline and its a very cool truck. The ride is better than the Pilot imo. If you havent driven one yet, go and drive one. Youll be impressed how Honda did with its 1st truck.

  I consider myself myself as a rainy day driver(test drive on rainy days)of various trucks, the Ridgeline far exceeded all the other brands in all categories, just pick one. You can tell by the quality to detail and practicality of all the bells and whistles. excellent

  The interior adjustments make this truck very comfortable to drive. The ride is exceptionally smooth and quiet. You have more than enough storage space at you finger tips. If your front or back seat passangers are over 6ft tall, they still ride in comfort.

  This think looks fantastic in person. It is a real treat to drive. Handles great and is extremely comfortable. Tons of storage and hauls evreything I need and then some. Typicaly Honda quality puts other trucks to shame.
