  • Best Truck Ive Owned - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
    By -

Ive been looking at this vehicle on the net for the past several months. I thought it was just what I needed and so far Ive not been disappointed. It drives like a car, very quiet, smooth, and no creaks, or rattles like some of my other trucks. The trunk is an excellent feature and after several washes and rain storms does not leak. The engine has plenty of power and doesnt boog down on hills. It has plenty of room inside and a ton of storage compartments. They bed is plenty big enough and will carry 4x8 plywood with no problem. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in a truck with plenty of passenger space as well as hauling capacity. Its the best truck Ive owned by far

  • A comfortable ride - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

I bought my Ridgeline to replace an old truck and SUV. I was tired of dealing with TWO vehicles. So far the Ridgeline has filled all my needs for both trucking and commuting. It is comfortable and roomy enough and when I need a truck (which is almost every weekend for me) the Ridgeline has worked out perfectly. When I need to get myself and friends to where we can ski or hike or just enjoy the outdoors the Ridgeline has performed very well. In Montana the wind and snow and quick turns of weather can be a challenge but so far I have felt more comfortable, safe and in control driving my Ridgeline than any other vehicle I have owned.

  • 6,000 miles and ready to report - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

I waited till I drove the truck a while before reporting. As you can tell, I am pleased overall. The truck drives like a luxury car, it really does. If you want complaints, the only five I have are the turning radius, you can not turn the stability control off when you drop tire pressure for the beach, no trip computer on Nav unit, the bedliner/truck liner scrathes easily, and above all the gas mileage. The good however surpasses anything I have ever owned. COMFORT! i am 64" and love it. You know about the functionality, but there are so many little things done right, you will continue to be impressed. I still find stuff that amazes me. If gas mileage is not a big worry, buy it!

  • Truck that drives like a car. - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

It is the best truck that I test drive. It feels like driving a car. The first Honda that I purchased, it will not be the last.

  • Great Job on Hondas First Attempt - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
    By -

After having F150s in the past wasnt expecting the refinement of this vehicle. WOW. More space you could ever need, great road manners and enough power that you dont really need a V8. Everything is there for towing. All coolers in drivetrain that all you need is the hitch. Am going to enjoy this truck for a long time. Great job Honda. WOW.

  • Not your average truck - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

The new Ridgeline is a very well designed truck, with many great extras. It does not feel like a truck when you are driving it because it is so comfortable, and a smooth ride. The storage room in the cab, and the added trunk are wonderful and give the extra storage that one might need for any occasion. The only bad thing is that my wife keeps trying to take it. There are also a lot of people who stop me to ask questions, or just stare, and while driving, they really shouldnt be staring at the car next to them.

  • One SEXY Truck!! - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
    By -

Ok, lets face it. I aint no mechanic. Ill do my own routine maintainance, but all the build stuff and tech specs dont get my dander up. I know what I like. We also have a Goldwing, so going in, we were partial to Hondas in the first place. If this turck is 1/2 as dependable as our Wing, Im a happy camper. The lines, and the front end styling really are "Da Bomb"! This little truck does it all, or at least all I need it to. I am a large frame guy, and I sit in the cockpit very comfortably. All those airbags! Idiot has the nerve to hit me, at least be able to walk away. Power? Yup. Got enough to get out of its own way. Braking? Yup. Stops on a dime, and gives you 9 cents change.

  • Honda has a winner - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

Honda has made a truck that performs, is fun to drive, very safe, affordable and not only out innovates all others but does so in a way that will affect truck manufacturing in years to come. All you have to do is test drive one and you can feel right away the difference between the Ridgeline and all other trucks ever made. They beat out the engineering of all competitors and for a better price so the only thing you can ask for is even more standard features I guess. No I dont work for Honda!

  • Dont Ya Just Love It? - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

Truly a vehicle for all seasons. Payload is great, mileage for its class is awesome, comfort is nice, visibility is good (much better than the Honda Element with its nasty blindspots...have 2500 mi on it...ask me again in two years...

  • "Not Just a Truck, Its a Honda" - 2006 Honda Ridgeline

Ive had my Ridgeline RTL for 2 mths now & I love it. I live in Michigan. I use to sell Hondas & yes, they are quality and reliable vehicles with high resale value. My concerns with the ridgeline is that it doesnt offer rear defrost, tonnuea cover too expensive and when I play the radio, I have to turn the volume up louder than when I play a cd. Also, because of the weight of the vehicle I feel a v-8 would be better but would sacrifice fuel economy unless cylinder deactivation was offered with dual exhaust. Thinking of adding a turbo chrger if i can find one. Honda is working on a v-8 for 2010 if not sooner. Other than that I love and enjoy my truck whenever my wife is not driving it.
