Solid Truck - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By wv_ridgeline - October 25 - 8:16 amI was a little leary of buying a first- year model vehicle, but having previously owned 4 other Hondas, I decided the risk was somewhat low. I have not been disappointed. The vehicle is well-built, extremely functional and versatile both as a family vehicle and for hauling typical household project supplies, such as wall board, paneling, cabinets, etc. Yes, the material may hang out over he tailgate by a foot and a half, or over the tailgate, but I dont find that an issue for traveling between Lowes and my house. The bed is plenty wide (over 48") to contain anything I have needed so far. Excellent vehicle, excellent quality.

Great Truck - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By cjh - October 24 - 11:50 pmIve had my Ridgeline for 4 months now and have really enjoyed every minute of it. I have to fight my wife to drive it. It drives and rides better than my Honda Van. This is a great truck and you will know it when you get in one and drive it. Ive seen only a few on the road since I bought mine and when you see someone driving one you both have that same look. The look of the satisfaction. You both know what the other is experiencing. cjh

Great SUT - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By TI - October 21 - 1:26 amIve now had the vehicle a month. So far driving the Ridgline has been a pleasure; its comfortable, roomy and rides like my old 525i. Wind noise is minimal for a large vehicle and the mileage has been better than expected. I average 20-21 mpg with 80-20% highway to city driving. I cant wait to see what it will be when its broken in.

RTS GREAT DEAL - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By RTS OB - August 23 - 6:00 amThis truck handles like a dream. It is the only truck Ive driven that drives and rides like a very well made suv. It reminds me of a BMW suv without the price tag and the unreliability. I have managed 18 mpg.

Ridgeline RTL - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By Brett0769 - July 10 - 11:26 pmI love my new Ridgeline. Comfort and utility with Honda quality, there is just no comparison to other vehicles. (Especially since its Hondas only truck.) The interior is suprisingly roomy, I can have 3 childrens seats in the back and two adults in the front with plenty of legroom. The sound system is very good and Im enjoying the XM radio and CD changer that came with the vehicle. The ride is a lot more like a car than a truck, broad wheel base and low COG make for low body roll. The 244hp engine is very peppy and responsive. Innovative storage inside and out, 2-way bed door, in bed trunk (You must see if you havent), under rear seat cargo tray and adjustable console between front seats.

A New Benchmark for Trucks - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By jbodden - June 28 - 7:23 pmIt took Honda a long time to decide to build a pickup, but I am glad they finally did. This truck is fantastic. I had a 2004 Toyota Tacoma before the Ridgeline. What a difference! The Honda is vastly superior in every respect. Its design is very intelligent. The ride is amazing! Its simply the best riding truck ever. It is roomy and comfortable. The trunk in the truck bed and the two-way tailgate are wonderful features. It has standard 4 wheel drive, traction control and side air curtains. Since its a Honda, it will do well in crash tests. It has plenty of power and gets decent mileage on regular. All in all, it is a versatile truck that others will be copying for years.

better than expected - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By Willie - June 18 - 4:43 amI have owned this truck for about 1 month now. I am very happy with it my old truck a 2005 f150 which was eating me up in fuel costs but I still wanted a big cab. I got it in this honda but gave up some bed room. Smooth ride and well built have been getting 20+ mpg on hwy and 17 in city. Going on a long trip to Oregon 1800 miles will know better after trip.

WOW - What a first impression - 2006 Honda Ridgeline
By bblh627 - June 6 - 11:10 pmI have only owned my Ridgeline for a couple of days, but what a couple of days it has been. I was not sure I liked the looks of the truck when I first saw it. But after comparing and reviewing other models and trucks I decided to take one for a test drive. I was hooked as soon as I started to drive. The cabin inside is luxiourious, comfortable, and well thought out. Storage space is close to overwhelming with the coolest center console I have ever seen. The truck truly drives like a fine tuned machine with no shacks, shimmies, or jolts: I think it rides better than my Accord EX I just traded in. The power is good and strong and will not leave standing at a stop light. I love my truck
