  • Cheap, quick and certainly not dead! - 2013 Honda Fit

This car is all about function over form, it looks like a guppy, albeit a cute one, and the cockpit is spaceship like, but the materials are more functional than luxurious. It is definitely not a powerhouse but it is Peppy in stop and go traffic.

  • The Fit fits - 2013 Honda Fit

Ive owned my Honda Fit Sport for a month, and am a big fan of it. The car is very practical - it can hold a lot of stuff in a small package. But its also really fun to drive, with quick, nicely weighted steering, a firm but well composed chassis, and a very good manual transmission with easy, precise feeling throws and an easy-to-learn clutch. It functions excellently as a city car, but it also shines on secondary roads heading out to the country. The engine is small and at super-highway speeds, the car is underpowered and a bit noisy, but if you do the bulk of your driving below 70 mph, its a wonderful, simple, and fun solution to a lot of transportation needs.

  • I wanted to like this car - 2013 Honda Fit

I did extensive research on the Honda Fit and test drove the 2016, 2015 and 2013 models before purchasing a 2013 Honda Fit Sport. At 511.5, I knew a small car didnt appear to fit my frame, but as a long time driver of other subcompact cars I wasnt worried. After 3 weeks of driving, I developed moderate back pain. It doesnt help that the car handles poorly and gets blown around by the wind. I seriously regret buying this car and am planning to loss several thousand dollars to sale my car and get another car. The gas mileage is good, but my health and comfort is not worth.

  • NOT fun to drive - 2013 Honda Fit

I read lots of reviews saying its fun to drive. Reality check: Its not. Mine just lagged off the line with the manual tranny. I wanted to have spirited acceleration, but this 1.5 L engine has no power at low revs: thats how they say it has great gas mileage: no power means low gas consumption You need to rev the engine to get power. It has spongy suspension and leans heavily in turns. It has no tech features. No bluetooth, no phone connection other that usb for charging. It does have good cargo room, though. Big bonus. I got rid of it after three years because other competitors have more options. I just bought a Chevy Spark EV for a change. I didnt like the way the dealer said that 2013 was such a good design, they decided not to make any changes for 2014. I didnt like the way the dealer handled my purchase.

  • Best car on the planet for the money!.... - 2013 Honda Fit

Ive only had one issue with this car (besides the cheapo stock tires, which are noisy, and needing replacement @20,000 miles). That ONE ISSUE is, the car will decide to UNLOCK itself HOURS after I have locked it. Probably the idiot EPROM in the key....WHY does EVERYTHING HAVE TO BE COMPUTERIZED NOW? I will test and see if manually locking the car with the key makes any dif. And the accelerating is poor, but you already knew that. Phenomenal in city mileage-an honest 36-37mpg around town. The Taketa airbag was replaced efficiently by the dealer....let us HOPE they can do the same with the locking issue!

  • Getting so much from a compact car! - 2013 Honda Fit

Clean, comfortable and cute! Very huge cargo capacity! Well finished interior! Sunny disposition!

  • glad to own one - 2013 Honda Fit

bought this car earlier this month. finding city mileage to less than listed, surprised that road noise is louder than expected (though I knew it wouldnt be stellar). on the other hand, i like the storage space, front seats are comfortable, it handled the surprise snow we had in town like a champ (where other folks were failing, we stayed on the road). the visibility is good and it is a fun car to drive.
