Since its launch in 1973, the Honda Civic has been one of the most popular compact cars sold in America.   This car is so much fun to drive. I want to drive it even when I have no place to go. The style is great, performance is great from a 2.0L. Above 6K RPM the engine really comes alive. Right after I bought it, I drove from Texas to California, and I got almost 32 MPG driving an average of 85 MPH. The interior is very nice, seats are comfortable even on a 2K trip. Quick throw 6 spd shifter is a blast. I wanted a car that had good looks, good performance, and good quality. This car has it all. I will be driving this car for many years to come

  8,500 Miles and Still Smiling - 2006 Honda Civic

  Now that Ive driven my Civic hybrid for four months, I am even more sold than when I gave my opinion just after I bought it. This is a great little car. For my last four tanks of gas I have averaged a shade under 55mpg. My best mileage was 57.04. It is good fun to try to squeeze out every last mpg. Am I smug? You bet. It feels good to be doing the right thing.

  Quick little car when you need too weave through traffic. Its an excellent city car very fun to drive. Good fuel economy.

  Fantastic car for the money. Its hard to have more fun for 20k. When driving hard, it just begs you to drive harder and punish it more! DONT SHIFT!! Keep those RPMs climbin!!! Torque only kicks in after 5000 rpms which is its major and pretty much only flaw. 6spd manual is smooth with short throws and ability to slam gears with ease. Handling is a little snug but I experience a small amount of understeer at higher speeds. Steering firm and precise. Sound system caught me by surprise (standard sub-woofer) is actually good and ipod hook-up makes me forget about the 50lb cd case to lug around.

  Bought my EX auto last Feb. Drive 70 miles round trip on my daily commute. Over all I would rate the car and the dealer experiance as excellent. Bought at a one price dealer. Paid right at TVM.

  So far, Ive got 2000 miles on my black LX. I like it very much! It handles very well, is stable, safe, and accelerates just fine. Its very comfortable to drive and most accessories work flawlessly. The ac can take forever to cool a hot interior, but when the interior is cool, it works great in any weather. All the controls are also very easy to use and have a good feel. A few things on this car need a little improvement, but overall Im very satisfied. Defects from day 1: -off center steering wheel (fixed under warranty)
