Model Overview:

Since its launch in 1973, the Honda Civic has been one of the most popular compact cars sold in America. Its success can be attributed in large part to its consistently high level of quality inside and out and its long-standing reputation for reliability and low running costs. Impressive fuel economy and engaging performance have also played a role in making the Civic a top choice for many Americans.

The competition has largely caught up with Honda, though, and there are now many excellent small cars vying for your attention. Still, we continue to recommend the Civic due to its ergonomic interior layout, wide range of models and high resale value. For small-car shoppers in search of a solid used vehicle, the Honda Civic is certainly a smart choice, as its long production run and many variants make it easy to find what you want.

i was previously driving a Hyundai Tiburon and thought it was a good car. little did I know how great of a car the Si is. i work for honda as a salesman and drive a lot of different cars and feel a lot of different rides. there is no car out there that drives like a honda does. this new Si is one of the best cars on the road when it comes to performance, features, safety, and money saving. this car is extremely fun to drive that doesnt need any modifications to make it fast.

A vehicle with the ability to let you forget about the hood release and jus drive. Normal maintenance is as simple and minimal as any car since the model T and comfort is good even for my 64 frame.

±?|·¶?nomy car with lots of tasteful styling. Gas mileage advertised was dead-on accurate. Original equipment tires are not the greatest with road wandering a problem. The ride is a bit jittery (tires?). The car is reasonably quiet with a great stereo system. The console seems a bit cheap looking with lots of plastic. the ergonomics of the climate controls could be improved a bit (small & hard to see) needs a remote release for the trunk needs at least two more cup holders in the rear

The Hybrid is here to stay! After waiting about two weeks to get the color I wanted, I finally brought home my new Honda Civic Hybrid.I have only driven it for a few days, but every time I drive it, I love it more and more.It is everything that I expected. This makes Honda #5 for me and it is the only brand vehicle that I will ever own. Thanks Honda!

  • love it!!! - 2016 Honda Civic

This is the best civic ever made. Well designed, roomy, powerful, very responsive to steering. The car feels like hugging the road. I love the CarPlay; my map application shows on the screen as if you have a navigation system built into the car. The turbo engine is a little noisy, but I love the sound when l step on the gas pedal and the turbo kicks in. The only option I got is the side molding for the doors to minimize the dents caused by cars parked next to you. Well done Honda!!!

  • Even Better than the EX!! - 2009 Honda Civic
    By -

I had purchased a 2009 Honda Civic EX and then decided I wanted the hybrid with everything. So I went back to the dealer and got the 2009 Hybrid w/ leather and navi in silver. They were giving about $4k in discounts so I couldnt pass it up. So far I like it better than my 09 EX because of the gas mileage and cool blue leather interior and navi.

So far not too bad. This was a mpg purhcase, not my first choice for a new car. Im getting 30 mpg, not what I had hoped for (34 mpg at least) for 80% highway, but better then the alternatives which is what made me go Civic. Engine whiens at 3500 rpm but still moves. Door panels are 3 peices and rattle with loud bass. Interior parts seem cheap. So long term reliabilty and mpg were the strongest features for me an while I may wish for other cars as I see them on the highway, I think about how often I stop at the gas station and feel a little better. Windshield antenna not very strong.

  • 2009 LX COUPE AUTOMATIC - 2009 Honda Civic

I only have 600 miles on the vehicle but I really enjoy it so far. The gas mileage is increasing every tank full and I expect to easily exceed the 36 MPG rating for the car. I wasnt sure I would like the placement of the speedometer but I cant imagine driving a car with a conventional speedometer now!

  • Baby Blue won my heart - 2016 Honda Civic

I drove an Accord Ex-L for 17 years and a Prelude for 13 before. New Civic EX-L Navi brought me into New technology ..love everything....but the road noise on concrete highways...on asphalts runs like a dream...and around town I am counting my lucky stars. Love my new Civic...oh and did I mention the beautiful Blue color
