Riding on egg shells - 2006 Honda Civic
By Mark - September 4 - 11:13 pmWhen I got the car I was so excited being my first car. When I got it home I started to notice how fragile the interior was. There were already scratches on some parts of the dash like some one took a pen and scrape it. The plastic on the door felt so cheap to the point where it was scratched by a card board box that left permanent marks one the door. There were scuff marks from my shoes on the driver side floor panel that could not be taken out. The floor mats were also poor quality the mats are foam backed! There was a wear mark on where my foot would rest for the clutch. My passenger seat would rattle when driving. Paint on the car cheap. this is all after 6 months what happened honda?

By brendaf - September 4 - 2:00 amI purchased this car with 77,000 miles and drove 500-1000miles a week. I now have 270,000 miles and it just goes on ticking. I have had few repairs one head gasket, thermostat and other minor repairs. It is a reliable car when you are a person that knows little about repairs. I dont think I would ever want to buy any other can then a Honda.

By New Civic lover - September 4 - 2:00 amJust purchased a 95 Civic DX coupe. I have read reviews like these ones, with such great reviews and good reports. I did my research before purchasing and I was NOT dissapointed what so ever. Consumer Reports rates Civics as being fun to drive and reliable, being one of the most appealing reasons why I bought it. The car seems like the gas gauge never even moves after hours of city driving. The car is very zippy and handles great. The styling is a nice plus. Dont like the fact civics are everywhere??? Well think about this, everyone has civics because they really are great cars.

Tried&True-most reliable car of 6 owned! - 1995 Honda Civic
By Hondalvr - September 2 - 2:00 amI have had a lot of nightmares with used cars, and this one has been amazing. 3.5 years with not one single problem. Fun to drive, at least 30 mpg, usually 33mpg. One of the safest, acc. to Consumer reports. The only reason I am selling is because Im moving. If I could, I would drive it until it died (which wouldnt be until at least 250k miles, Im convinced!), and I would get more than my moneys worth. These cars are definitely worth way more than they sell for!!

2nd Honda, no stopping in sight - 2004 Honda Civic
By flwr6pwr9 - September 1 - 10:00 amMy first Honda was a 5speed CRX, which I bought used and owned for 12 years. Had I not had to stop driving stick shift Id still be driving it. Unfortunately, I had to give up a lifetime of little sports cars and grinding gears, so I found the next best thing--the CIVIC EX Coupe. What a fantastic car. I still havent used all of the bells and whistles, but when it came down to having a car with bells and whistles or a barebones Accord, Id pick the former. I dont know that Ill ever own a car other than a Honda again!

Very happy owner - 2004 Honda Civic

The only problems I have had are that my daughter gets it dirty, my wife keeps torquing her foot and taking off the rubber brake pedal pad, and my battery for remote entry wore out. It runs like a dream, the shifting is smooth and easy, and it has a well-built feeling. The doors shut well, all the movable parts have a smooth firm action. This was the very first brand new car I ever purchased and other than my sales rep not knowing any more about the car then I did, the whole experience was a pleasure.
