Love my new car! - 2007 Honda Civic
By Steve - May 20 - 2:13 amI have only had this car one day but I just took it on a 300 mile trip related to my work and had a blast driving it! For a new car, the fuel economy was very good. On my first fill up (in the teeth of a strong headwind), my MPG was 32. By the second fill up, it had improved to 37 mpg. This is driving at 72 mph on the interstate. The car also handles well and this was especially evident when I had a near accident on my way home. I was able to swerve to avoid contact and the car handled superbly.

Practical, but fun to drive - 2007 Honda Civic
By KEVIN - May 5 - 10:00 amJust picked up my hybrid last week so it is too soon to know quality/reliability. Hoping Hondas reputation for building reliable cars holds true. Car is fun to drive and so far I have been getting about 35 MPG in town (I almost never do highway driving). Car takes a little getting used to as the hybrid system can be a little jerky at slow, coasting speeds as the regenerative braking system charges the battery. Other than that the hybrid system is seamlessly integrated and the result is a nice ride with ample (not great, obviously) acceleration. The seats are a little uncomfortable and really lack lateral support.

Great Gas mileage! - 2007 Honda Civic
By T. Ferguson - May 3 - 11:13 pmIve had my LX for about a week and it is very smooth on the road. Just filled it up and I am averaging 35 mpg. This little car has it all for the buck. It shifts smooth, very quiet engine, handles great! Im very pleased. The back seat does not leave enough room for passengers but it is great for the driver and front seat passenger. Trunk is spacious for a little car.

By barbcar1 - April 29 - 4:30 pmI just traded my Honda 2004 CRV for the Civic Ex 2007, very happy, the car is fun to drive, mileage is so much better than CRV. This is my 4th Honda vehicle. Cant beat a honda for performance. I love this car!!

I love this car! - 2007 Honda Civic
By Driving in VA - April 27 - 11:30 amI, like so many others, turned to fuel efficiency once gas prices went decidedly north. I love the looks of the car, comfort, and handling has been a pleasure. I thought the new wave dash would be a distraction but turns out to be a really nice feature. Has nice pick up in the higher rpm range, however sometimes pick up in initial take off can seem sluggish. Im getting about 32-35 mpg driving about 85% highway.

Best car Ive ever owned - 2007 Honda Civic
By Seàn - April 26 - 2:33 amI leased this car in June of 07 and so far I have had a few minor issues, but overall its a great car. You dont see too many of these on the road and thats a good thing. Engaging VTEC is very addicting.

Back to Honda - 2007 Honda Civic
By ejason1974 - April 24 - 5:10 amThis is my 3rd Honda and I am glad to be back. I traded a 2002 Jeep Wrangler in for this SI. What a difference!! Its like going from a prop plane to a fighter jet. Absolutely amazing.
