  • Best compact car - 2005 Honda Civic

When I was shopping for a car I test drove the Mazda 3s and the Honda Civic EX. I found that the Mazda 3 was not as comfortable or as refined as the Honda Civic. After test driving both cars I priced them. They were roughly about the same price. Therefore, the Honda Civic Ex was my decision due to many factors such as resale price and Hondas build quality. I have experienced that my Honda Civic is fun to drive and is a nice looking car. Another benefit of this car is the air conditioning because it gets cold right away but the Mazda 3s took the whole test drive for it to get comfortable inside of the cabin. Overall, this is a great car and I will continue to purchase from Honda.

Bought last week and absolutely love it. I drive 70 miles a day and this car will probably save me $100 a month in gas. Fun to drive and the Special Edition package is a tremendous value for a extra few hundred dollars. Its nice looking and fun to drive.

  • LOVE my hybrid - 2005 Honda Civic

After 1.5 years I am still in love with my Civic Hybrid. I get about 45 mpg and fill the gas tank about every 450 miles. Passengers are always surprised that it seems like a normal car - until it auto-stops at stop lights. They they are REALLY surprised! It has a quiet high- pitched whine that is annoying for people who can hear it but it is easily covered by the stereo.

My honda has turned out better than i expected. I drive about 120 miles back and forth to work daily. It keeps up with traffic on the highway once you get up to highway speeds.

  • Quiet little car - 2005 Honda Civic

Its very quiet and overall a great first car, wish it would have been my first car. :) The gas mileage is excellent. I hate to get rid of her, but I need something bigger. If you have a teenage daughter, (Im a young lady, myself,) I would most definitely suggest this little companion.

we were not impressed at first with the automatic transmission civic. it had no pep when trying to get on the highway. The service advisor told us to try one with manual. We are glad he did as we now have one thanks to him.

  • Great Car, Great Mileage - 2005 Honda Civic

This is a great car! I love the CD player and the sunroof (never had either before). Some say it doesnt have enough power, but I disagree. Although I have to rev it a little higher than my VW Golf , it handles freeway onramps and the hills around my house just fine. Mileage is incredible (Im getting about 33 mpg combined even with the air- conditioning on). Id recommend this car to anyone looking for a solid value in a car.

  • Car for the Mature - 2005 Honda Civic

Im 22 years old, I feel that cars these days rely on looks and dynamics. The Honda Civc 2005 LX, 4-door sedan is something where reliabilty is more focused than style of looks. This car is general purpose for familes, single, and pretty much any reason. My CO even has this car. The smooth riding is unlike anything for its price. If you want to spend more money I would reccomend the Accord 04+. Yet compared to other cars for the price of this car, bar none.
