Not worth the money, but great idea - 2003 Honda Civic
By aknight53 - October 7 - 2:00 amI bought this car thinking I could save a bit of money with its great fuel economy. However, I found out later that every 10,000 miles it needs a $100.00 mainenance fee with an expensive oil change in between. Gone are my hypothetical savings. Not worth what I expected to get out of it.

Great Car But.... - 2003 Honda Civic
By Carbrat - July 26 - 10:00 amI couldnt wait to have one. It continues to be fun but after having it awhile, noticed a few bugs, and now have a wish list. But the car is great, and continues to be a favourite over our other cars. I like the idea it looks conventional, except for minor details which do stand out (antenna, spoilers, dash)

Good Rattle Box - 2003 Honda Civic
By JohnSR - July 26 - 10:00 amNice Car to drive, not extremely powerful but adequate for city driving. Excellent gas milage. Interior design is good, but oh my goodness what a rattle box. After 300 miles it had one serious rattle and several smaller ones - not what you would expect from Honda. I have to take it to the dealership to look at it, but I am not too optimistic about getting it fixed as rattkes are tricky to find.

HoNDa - 2003 Honda Civic
By Gone2aCamry - July 14 - 2:00 amI loved everything about my 2003 Honda Civic, however, at 11,500 miles, my transmission gave out and I had to have a new one. MY drivers side seat also had to be replaced a couple of times. The seat tracks on this particular Honda had not been alined properly from the factory, and when I had it to the dealer for the 9th time they replaced the seat. However, it did not make a difference. I like everything from the ergonomics of my honda to the performance, but the problems with the trasmission and the seat were reason to rid myself of that lemon.

great for the money - 2003 Honda Civic
By kimbot - April 19 - 2:00 amI have owned 2 jettas an 1985 and 1996. I had terrible experiences 2 years after i bout my used 96 jetta which scared me away from the newer volkswagens. i keep obsessing over jettas because they are so good looking , comfortable and fun to drive yet they are totally unreliable and expensive to maintain. Civic have always been my second choice and if i hadnt had a jetta im sure i would have been a bigger honda enthusiast. ( its hard to get over the interior differences even though the new civics are much nicer than they used to be they just dont compare to jettas.)

Radio Trouble - 2003 Honda Civic
By wdr - March 25 - 2:00 amMy daughter bought this car thinking honda was a great product. She bought it from Rick Case Honda.I advised the service manager the radio has static while driving (not all the time ) They said the radio is working according to factory specs and I should just accept it. Honda america hung up on me when I tried to create a case #. And a manager W/ Rick Case was to call me 4 days ago. Beware of the lip service the Rick Case adds have because its not true. They have yet to fix or help me with my problem

Low Trying to Increase the MPG - 2003 Honda Civic
By Roberto Gonzales - March 25 - 2:00 amWe bought the Honda Hybrid because we like new technolgy. With gas prices cripping up to $2.00 a gallon, fuel economy is greatly helping finance the car. Fun to drive. Great to show off. I love my Honda Hybrid. Not even a whisper of a problem. The first time the idle stop kicked in at a light I pulled the joke on my friend -- oh no, my car died. Can you push? Buy it!
